We got no Byler, no Ronance interaction except for that one hand hold, and they killed Eddie and we don't know what happened to Max. Honestly, this was disappointing. What was that Steve confession for? Jonathan didn't tell Nancy about the college thingy so I have zero idea what will happen next. They pushed Stancy and then left it hanging. Is Vickie straight? Or will they make her and Robin a thing? No one knows because the writing was so bad. Where was the "EPIC"ness of this volume? Just 2 hours of fighting and not even winning. Where was Will's coming out? Where was his connection to Henry? This volume was badly written. What even happened
I think the thing we love most about Nancy and Robin is that Robin pushes all of Nancy's buttons. Kind of like Steve in S1 when they were dating but in case of Robin, she actually cares about what Nancy feels and her opinions. Nothing against Steve, but we all know he was a jerk in S1 and did not understand Nancy completely. But Robin, from the get-go, tries to understand her and pays attention to everything she has to say, while annoying her too. Nancy is at first, exasperated by her but slowly Robin starts growing on her and Nancy starts to accept these quirks. With Jonathan, though, it's safe. He doesn't challenge her and is loving and caring but Robin not only pushes her to be best version of her herself by continuously barging in her space and challenging her, but she also cares very deeply for her. There are multiple instances where Robin looks out for Nancy and only looks at Nancy while talking or doing something because she values her opinion. I really hope they go somewhere with this otherwise this would be another Supercorp situation 🤡
The Joker’s violent attention-comedy bullshit would 100% just not work if his main opponent was John Constantine. Both because John is funnier than he is and just does NOT care. Joker would be bouncing around like “look at me, I’m so EEEEVILLLL” and John’s just bored because this isn’t even in the top ten evil things he’s seen this morning
You ever read a line out of context and think that wow this line is so deep and so great and then you find out that it's actually from a song so you think wow the line is so good the song is going to be so amazing
But then you actually hear the song and you're just like
