Because of which one I became attached to Fandom-wise first, my initial thought whenever I see the name "Jason" by itself is Jason Grace. Which leads to hilarious moments when I see mention of "Jason having memories of being tortured" and I wonder if I missed a very important Jason whump fic or something before realizing my mistake.

I actually made progress on a fic today! I did the recommended minimum of 500 words. Go me. (It was more progress on the Isathan timeline that could end up lasting a very long time)

I'm just going to throw this question out into the aether and hope someone can help me, and that it doesn't come off as really weird: How do I get better at writing women loving women?

Like, it's an underrepresented part of fanfiction, I want to contribute to it because I think it's important and I do have WLW couples I like a lot, but I run into a major problem...I'm not attracted to women. As a cis gay, I've never had a woman's body, nor have I ever looked at women through the lens of attraction, so I don't know what to write for stuff like that in WLW stories.

Could someone give me a crash course in being attracted to women?

One more WIP idea before I go to bed. I did something semi-similar to this with Thiam about...seven months ago now, but this one would be less cute-focused and more angsty:

In short, no pun intended, EJ asks Ricky to help him buzz off his hair, revealing to Ricky that Cash would sometimes use it as a handle when he was hurting EJ, and worse still that EJ actually has a scar on his head from Cash throwing a glass across the room and it almost hitting EJ directly in the head when he was younger (even the glancing hit was deep enough to scar).

Though Ricky obliges and helps him, the process overwhelms EJ a bit, and so Ricky volunteers to also cut his own hair off. EJ is initially distraught about this development because he adores Ricky's curls, but he finds that Ricky with a buzzcut is attractive to him in a whole new type of way, and...well I might throw some smut in there.
