why does it have to be so DIFFICULT?

Why can't i just exist in peace? Always having to pick up my pieces,

Never finding the right medication to heal my broken bones.

And time, there's never enough time. Everyday i wake up and expect death. But after surviving another day, even the sheep i count are depressed.

And death, death is so beautiful when it happens at the right time. When you control your ending, you end up happier. but those are the stories they never care to read.

Is this really the lake where poets go to drown themselves into freedom? Because I've been sitting here for 18 years. And I'm still here. Fucking writing.
