Hey I just wanted to thank you for your work on Doomsday is close at hand, I think it’s one of the best well written fanfics on Snowbaird in terms of plot, characters, themes or your writing style itself, and and I’m very intrigued by how you will handle the next chapters. I especially liked that you’re giving us Lucy Baird’s point of view, because it’s precisely what is missing in the original story and it’s interesting to have access to her constant swaying between her fear/apprehension and her clear attraction towards this man (and I think this ambivalence is also something that could be deduced from her character in the original book/movie), while it’s now Coriolanus’s thoughts that are hidden from the readers. So I think it’s an interesting way to offer a reversal but still very accurate version of the original story.

Hi! I just finished reading your fic “I kept you like an oath” and firstly, I LOVED how you portrayed Alysanne & Aemond’s relationship! It was such a change from what I’ve been reading, and it actually inspired me to base my own fic around a friends to enemies to lovers arc. It’s not finished yet lol I just started, but I hope to write half as good as you did yours!

Also, I don’t know if you’re aware, but the person who has plagiarised your work has re-uploaded it under the same name, just a different user id. I’ve reported it to AO3 but I just thought you should know! I feel for you, this must be really disheartening.

Ta-da-da! The time has finally come that IKYLAO has been plagiarized. I sensed it might happen one day, but my god now that's it's happening it's borderline comical how little the author has done to cover it up. it got to the point where they were literally copy pasting chunks of my story and forgot to edit Alysanne's name out and commenters picked up on it. truly hilarious. I don't want hate sent to the author but if people could go and point out the plagiarism and tell them to take it down it would be great. work is "dragons of sapphire and amethyst" by ins0mn1ax. thank you to the ao3 user who pointed it out to me, I greatly appreciate it. I'm just gonna upload screenshots I took as proof to show that I'm not making this up. and in case people getting confused, my story (which has already been completed long ago) is the one with the character Alysanne :)

there are many, many more examples and screenshots I have.... but yeah. this is bad. very very bad. and finally a screenshot of the 'author' providing a very very bad cover for why alysanne was there in the text before she 'edited' it out.

what happens with Rhaenyra and Alicent in IKYLAO is the most traumatic thing I have ever read in the fanfiction-hotd-world, I mean I was devastated, I cried in the shower because of it, I would stay awake in the middle of night thinking of it, and I don't know how you did it please tell me they are together in the after life or some shit

(I meant everything i said above as a complement, just to assure you 😂😂😂)
