kpop idol weight formula
hey guys!! if you know anything about kpop, you should know that the idols have a very strict appearance standard. they must be thin, have a thigh gap, etc etc. but how do they figure out how much they should weight? well a lot of companies use a formula to determine that.
your height in centimeters - 120 = your goal weight!
the given weight will be in kilograms, so make sure to remember that! in my case the formula measurements would be::
162 cm (bc i'm 5'4) - 120 = 42 kg! (or the equivalent of 92 pounds!)
for me, i'd love to be slimmer than this because of personal reasons. but according to this, i'll have to lose about 18 pounds!

low calorie cinnamon rolls: review
yesterday me and my younger sister tried out a low calorie cinnamon roll recipe from @smalldoor ! it's made by taking a small amount of flour, baking powder, and water to form a dough, and then making a filling using sweetener (we used sugar), margarine, and cinnamon to make a filling. then you put the concoction in the microwave for 30 seconds. in the dough, we added a little bit of sugar and salt (not too much, don't worry!) just for our personal flavor preferences. *this is optional, so you don't have to do that if you don't want to!* we ended up thinking that the recipe was very good, so we multiplied the ingredients and made the recipe a larger version of itself. we rolled it up, wrapped it a saran wrap, and put it in our fridge. this morning, i cut some pieces off and baked them off. it was just as good as it was yesterday, and i seriously recommend it!! again, recipe credits go to @smalldoor !!
