Hi I noticed you're willing to share information about sigils? I'd really appreciate that. I'm especially interested in learning about how often they need to be re-done, & how one would deactivate sigils if they decided it was necessary.

hello! there aren't any fixed rules around re-doing sigils, it all depends on the individual practitioner. i would recommend trying out different methods of charging and figuring out how often re-doing a sigil works for you through trial and error. once you've tallied how effective a certain method of charging is for you, you can build on it by adding new elements or changing some up to make it more personal. at the end of the day all that matters is your will.

as for deactivating a sigil, the process is almost exactly the same as activation. all you have to do is picture the sigil in your mind while you meditate and set the intent to release its power back to source (universe/you). if you have a physical counterpart of the sigil destroy it with the intention of releasing its power, i.e if you've drawn it on a piece of paper or if it's sewn on a piece of cloth : you can burn it or wash away it in a stream. it's not necessary to do this but sometimes it helps the practitioner solidify the entire ritual.

i am living the life i deserve (recommended method of charging : draw the sigil on a scrap of paper and meditate-on/visualise what an ideal day in your life would look like while holding on to the paper. once you're done with the session, write down a journal entry as if you actually lived the day you visualised. focus on the feelings of gratitude and contentment and emulate them. make your journal entry as detailed as you can. keep the paper with the sigil in your journal (or anywhere you wish you to). retrace the sigil and repeat the process whenever you feel called to it)
