First time eating Brazilian BBQ buffet from Fogo Indonesia. As people who is used to ate Japanese/Korean AYCE, I could said 30 minutes I already full although type of serve is rolling around (churrasco) so fast and the waiters sliced the meat into our plate.

For me, the Brazilian BBQ is not too much seasoning like Japanese or Korean style I ate but I enjoyed it as long it is a meat 🤣 and what I did is putting lot of salsa contains pineapple (I don't pick the caramelized pineapple, when it comes to Brazilian BBQ, it is great. Beef Sirloin Garlic/Honey, Beef Belly Butter/Garlic, Sausages Mustard/Honey as main course of Fogo Brazilian BBQ. Then I put a lot of chicken and vegetables, mixed together with pineapple salsa. It is so great. My tummy is full to the max with different kind of satisfaction which is made me wished the Fogo Brazilian BBQ is 90 minutes for AYCE.
