I'm still here and still trying to stay motivated
I've lost 10 pounds since the beginning of August. I've hoped for more, but am also grateful I haven't gained!!
Why does it feel so easy to put weight on, but so hard to shed 🥲

not only did i dislocate my shoulder a couple weeks ago, i also went to jail
so yes
that is how my life is going
last week was eh overall with my diet and exercise, but i just tried not to go ~too~ crazy
moving on and moving forward!

Week 9/19-9/25
Late start to this week
I dislocated my shoulder on the 17th so I've been taking it easy. I won't be getting much gym time this week, if any, so I'm gonna continue working solely on CICO and healthy habits!

I'm calling last week a win!
I made it to the gym 4 times
Went on daily walks
Did eat chips, but in a controlled setting (certain serving size)
NO alcohol! Not even on the weekend!
9/12-9/18 Goals
go to gym 5 times
no chips (danger food for me i have no self control 🥲)
no alcohol during the week
Overall, I just really need to practice self discipline. I used to be so good at it and I just want it to click again 😩
