There‘s something about Andy‘s first death being betrayed by her mother on the battlefield and then getting betrayed by someone she loves again millennia later
Arguably if we go movie route betrayal once more being almost her last death. Delicious
No actually my favorite thing about The Old Guard is that Nile has a plan the entire movie, even though she has no clue what’s going on for solidly half of it. Like, she’s reasonably confused but she’s never at loose ends, and it’s so so fun to watch, because lots of her plans are absolutely wild. Like they go from “pray for a moment then hold the pilot of this plane at gunpoint” to “track down an evil guy with this small immortal army I seem to have joined” to “jump out this window now”
