You don’t really learn how to unlove someone
I’m writing this here for 2 reasons - 1st nobody really reads this blog anymore and 2nd I really need to let this out and I know that my friends would be against this. It was someday in October 2018 when we ended things. I was in a really bad place then. One night, when everything was a mess, and I was at my lowest, we randomly met somewhere in Makati and that ignited something in me. What happened after that night was me giving my all because I know that I really, really love you - sadly, it was too late.  It took me months to get totally over you, and I did. I still see you on random things, but do I feel anything? No. I guess that’s just me remembering things, because like you know, I never forget.  Yesterday, on the last day of January 2019. I woke up crying. The day was so shitty, and I was feeling so many negative emotions. As I was about to go home, I received a message from you asking if I’m around Makati. Of course, I replied immediately, I always do. We then agreed to meet and catch up.  After what seemed like the most refreshing conversation I’ve had this year so far, I realized 3 things. 1. We’re really good for each other. 2. We are each other’s safe space. 3. We know each other really really well, even after just dating for 3 months.
I told you that I’m hoping that we’ll meet again someday in the future - ideally when you’re not a student anymore. I would still love that to happen, and if given a chance, if you want to try again, I would like for us to date again. But that doesn’t mean that I’m waiting for you. I guess what I’m saying is, I’m not closing the possibilities of us trying again. By any chance, in the future, if one of us is with someone already, or we’re both with someone already, or dating again is not something that you want for us anymore, just know that I’ll always care. I’m always just one message away, that won’t ever go away. After all, you don’t really learn how to unlove someone.

Bakemonogatari Episode 6-8: The Things We Do for Love
Tumblr media
Episodes 6, 7 and 8 is about the things we do for love. Suruga Kanbaru is a lesbian who's madly in love with Senjougahara. Due to the spiritual circumstances that has happened to both of them, they drifted away from each other.
Tumblr media
Because of Kanbaru's strong love with Senjougahara, she did things that would later make her regret a lot of his decisions. I think this what's so real about how they portrayed Kanbaru's part of the story.
Love makes us dumb and dumber, it turns us into daredevils. Oftentimes we're so blinded by love that we can't think of the right thing to do.
Tumblr media
The last part ended with a nice tone, Senjougahara somehow asked the forgiveness of Kanbaru. Now, we have another character in the group, Kanbaru, the lesbian lover.

Digimon is coming back!
I remember loving Digimon as a kid, I watched all episodes and played all Digimon-related games on PlayStation. To celebrate it's 15th anniversary since the TV anime Digimon Adventure aired in 1999, the developers announced that there will be a new sequel anime to Digimon Adventures.
The series is about the life of the main character Taichi Kamiya and his friends, the DigiDestined, with them being elementary students in the first series and middle school students in the second series. It is said that Taichi and his friends will now be depicted as high school students. The anime is said to be released spring 2015.

Bakemonogatari Episode 3 - 5: Earthbound Spirits
Tumblr media
Episodes 3, 4 and 5 tackles about earthbound spirits, or a human spirit that has not properly passed over. It's about Mayoi Hachikuji, a cute little only-child girl of a broken family. When her parents split she was assigned to live with her father and her father didn't allow her to see her Mom, this resulted to her slowly forgetting her Mom. When Mother's Day came, she decided to come visit her mother. On the way to her Mother's house she got lost and a speeding truck hit her. She died, and didn't get to see her mother even for the last time.
Tumblr media
I'm actually really fascinated with how the series is progressing. I was actually caught off guard to know that it was not Hachikuji who met the snail ghost, it's actually Araragi. Hachikuji is the snail ghost, who lost her way and is not doing the same to others.
What I like most about how the episodes presented an earthbound spirit is that, somehow spirits are assigned to do tasks, like how the snail spirit shows itself to other people who doesn't want to go home and distract them on their way home. But Hachikuji is different, she tries to force people to not try to interact with her because she doesn't want others to lose their way too.
Earthbound spirits real or not, are humans before too. They have goodness inside them. It's not always about them getting revenge and all the other shit that most of the shows available to us make us believe.
Tumblr media
The best part is the ending, when Hachikuji told Araragi that she got promoted into being an earthbound spirit into a wandering spirit. I already like her as a character in the series and I don't want her to be gone just because she found her way home.

Bakemonogatari Episode 1 & 2: The Weight of Our Emotions
Tumblr media
The first 2 episodes introduced us to the characters and the present situation they're dealing. At first I thought that Senjougahara losing her weight meant that she turned into a vampire, but the reason how she lost her weight and how she got them back is really smart and human.
Tumblr media
As human beings we experience all sorts of emotions everyday, probably one of the hardest moments in our lives is when we lose someone dear to us. As John Green wrote in one of his books, "That's the thing about pain. It demands to be felt."
Senjougahara lost her weight because she chose to cheat herself, she stopped thinking about the pain she's feeling, her memories, her frustrations to stop feeling troubled. She escaped pain.
Tumblr media
Of course since she escaped pain the only obvious reason how she could get the weight of her emotions back is to face the pain, her feelings, her memories that she chose to throw away.

Bakemonogatari: First Look
I'm only watching Fairy tail right now and it sucks how it's still airing and I need to wait for days for new episodes so I decided to watch another anime. I downloaded Bakemonogatari the first arc from the series and I don't know if it's great or not. I browsed the first few minutes of the first episode and it looks promising. Any comments?

Anime Review: No Game No Life
Tumblr media
Story: 10/10
at first, I thought the story would just like be your usual real people transported to the game world where they'll need to finish the game and stay alive to go out. But this time it's different, they don't want to get out of the game world because no gamer would want to leave the game world, srsly. The story is well-written and you're not missing out on anything every episode.
Art: 8/10
As many of you have noticed the animation is quite poor, it's somehow of low quality. Besides that I don't think there's anything more I can add to it, the colors are great, the world is well-drawn and all.
Sound: 10/10
I love the opening and ending song. The opening song sounds like it wants you to join and take part of the adventure of your lifetime. The ending song is so moe but it's good. With the episodes, there's not much of BGM used which for me is a good thing because sometimes the BGM messes up with the lines and the mood.
Character: 10/10
I super love all the characters. Sora and Shiro being NEETS, Jubril's sexy curiosity, Steph's naivety, and of course Izuna's cuteness. I didn't see that much of progress with their character growth but what I like best is that all characters give us many sides of their personalities.
Enjoyment: 10/10
I didn't have any dull moments watching the show. Every episode gives you more and more to look forward to the next episode. From the gamer world, to the boobs, to the moe-ness, it's an adventure worth taking part of.
Overall: 9.6/10
If it weren't for the low quality animation I would give the show a perfect 10 because it's really great and entertaining. As to if I'll recommend this, of course I would. This so far is the best anime of Spring 2014 for me, I'm not sure if it will be topped tho.
