I see you put that scene from Perfect Days on your blog cover, pretty cool. I went to see it without many expectations and I've found it very deep and poetic. What's your take on the story?
From now on, Hirayama is probably my fave character in a film. I see almost every film without expectations because I don't know if I'm going to like a film when I haven't experience it. I think that the reason I felt this connection is because he appreciates every single thing that surrounds him. He has a good taste in music, he respects the silence, he has an interesting routine- at least for him. He doesn't feel miserable doing a job that many people would avoid. Enjoy your life while you can. Every day can be a good day. It doesn't have to be perfect. This is my take
