After many months since "Caring", I have finished my latest fic!

Mr. Wolf from The Bad Guys.

Death Wolf from Puss in Boots: The Last Wish.

In a life and death battle for Mr. Kitty.

WARNING: While not incredibly graphic, there is minor violence and blood. This isn't a fic centered around humor like the others. It's more serious and primarily focused on The Bad Guys fighting against Death Wolf.

Even if it's just for a single scene. X'D These onesies are too adorable and silly to not be a mainstay of the movie franchise. Fits the characters well in my opinion.

There could be a gag where Diane's gang get's them their "heist suits". X'D

I am so excited to hear The Bad Guys is getting a sequel! The Bad Guys was the first animated movie I seen in forever that I enjoyed whole heartedly. The characters were fun and there is so much potential for fun misadventures with these caring compassionate criminals. 🤣

However with that being said, I really do hope they can keep the character balance in check. While I want Diane to be fleshed out more since we may be introduced to her team, I want Wolf, Snake, and the rest of the original gang to get their time to shine. Espically Snake as he is my favorite.

I want to see him along with the others having to deal with the hard realization that a 180 in life isn't easy. Them being able to pull through due to their true caring natures and how they always supported each other. Maybe even finally having a scene where the whole gang has a true group hug since Snake was absent from the first one. 🥹

Also... I have a theory... This comes from a leak, and contains book spoilers so I'll have it hidden here.

Three. Diane's former group has THREE members.

If you read the books, you'd know there were four. Pam, Emmylou, Joy, and Rhonda.

One of them will probably be absent.

This brings up a theory I have.

Rhonda is gonna be saved for the 3rd movie or maybe even a 4th.

I believe this may be the case due to her "REAL" identity in the books as "The One".

I think they are gonna rework her and maybe make her a "Oogway" type character. Being a mentor or mother figure to Diane rather than being a member of the team and Diane keeping her real identity a secret.

May contain slight spoilers for KFP 4:

Okay, saw Kung Fu Panda 4 and... I liked it.

Will say it's the weakest entry in the franchise, but at the same time, I am happy we get another adventure with Po.

I actually like the concept of Po training someone to carry his title, there is a lot of story potential there. The problem is that it isn't done well or focused on enough for the movie. It makes me wonder if they are saving the passing of the torch plotline for the last 2 possible movies that Jeffrey Katzenburg talked about.

The Chameleon though, wasted potential. She could have been the biggest villain in the franchise, but felt like a "Legends of Awesomeness" villain of the week.

Her motives, I am not saying they couldn't work, but they could have if MANTIS was there. Like make it so that her problem wasn't her size, but her dedication. Mantis facing the same problem she did, but worked hard to over come people judging his fighting prowess based on size. There would have been a nice talk too.

I don't mind the Furious Five not being involved this time, Po needs his own adventure to show how far he has come and prove he can stand on his own. I understand the frusteration. I mean I would be too if The Bad Guys 2 only has Wolf and Diane with the rest of the gang MIA. I just hope the Furious Five makes a return in a future project, even under different voice actors as long as the protrayals feel true to the characters.

Also, they hyped up the return of the villains of the previous movies and... Only Tai Lung appears to matter, like Shen and Kai don't talk or interact with Po, they are just there. Why even bother bringing back? Just to have people point and say "OH MY GOSH! IT'S THE VILLAINS FROM THE TRILOGY! THEY ARE ALL HERE!". They didn't do anything with them to help make this entry feel epic or climatic.

Li was there too. I really, really wanted Li to meet Shen so he could go through a character arc about the trauma he faced when his village was attacked and he lost his family. Ping could have comforted him and helped him find the strength to be a hero and help save the day alongside the others.

Lastly, Zhen. She is essentially Diane, but more mischevious with a hint of clumsiness and isn't OP. A complete breath of fresh air and Iiked her, but... I really hope they aren't gonna do what I think they're planning for the char, even if I do think the passing of the torch is being handled far better than with Rey in Star Wars or Indiana Jones The Dial of Destiny. Gradual, not instantaneous, and doesn't corrupt or downplay the original male hero.

But I would like to see Zhen try to find her own identity and be a better version of herself. Like maybe the next film could dive into Zhen feeling incapable of handling the burden of being the Dragon Warrior, or heck, Po having to deal with what Shifu did with Tai Lung and have Zhen go rogue. Zhen trying to do what she thinks is best for China. This could be used to dive more into Zhen's backstory and motivations (Destroy kung fu and wipe it from history or take away everybody's chi so they won't abuse it).

After all said, this feels more like a stepping stone for a follow up with fan service than anything else. 😅

Webs, spotted during a heist for good, got hurt in a scuffle. Diane was devestated. While Webs recovered, Diane faced a internal struggle.

Before she met the Bad Guys, she had nothing to lose being the Crimson Paw, both as a criminal and vigilante... But now, she realizes, there is a risk. She could lose something precious.

She wonders, was being a vigilante as the Crimson Paw was ever a good thing, or something to cope with her lonliness and guilt?

Was it even the right choice to try helping the Bad Guys use their talents in heists for good, or was she trying to push them into her dangerous lifestyle so she wouldn't feel lonely?

Was she... Wrong? Was she ever really "good"?

Only the comfort of her friends can help her find the anwser.

As much as I like The Bad Guys movie, I would also like a close to accurate animated adaption of the book series. It having a similar art style to the books with pencil animation. It could happen after the final book is released and adapt 20 books into about 20 episodes, maybe even more with multi-parters.

Also... if there is a series that adapts the books, each episode should open on Movie!Piranha discovering a book from the book series and begins reading it, transitioning to the 2D animated Bad Guys story, connecting both universes. ^_^ Movie!Piranha could also provide some commentary and jokes too. X'D

I got a terrible idea that I am not sure how you would react... What if Skye is actually the Chief's adopted kid, like how Wolf and Snake adopted Cathy. None of the parents knowing about the parents of the other.

Random Bad Guys HC Time:

Once, while the Bad Guys were still bad, Webs picked up a copy of a famous crime game (essientially their universe's parody of GTA 5 because copyright and yada yada). Webs, Piranha, and Shark would be excited to play the crime simulator... Only to immediately stop in horror when they kill a person in game. The poor guys would be devestated and wracked with guilt. Wolf and Snake would comfort the three, reminding them it's only a game.

The Bad Guys would destroy the game with Piranha hugging onto Wolf saying. "How anyone make a game that is so evil?"

It's coming! Finally! The sequel to BT 3 all Dragon Ball gamers have been waiting for!! The ultimate anime fight simulator! Having played BT 3 myself, compared to Xenoverse 2, all the movements and attacks had a much better feel. There was more weight with the movements and attacks delievered. A kamehameha felt POWERFUL, regardless of who performed it.

Decided to experiment with C.AI just to see what the interactions were like and I got these with Mr. Wolf. The Mr. Wolf AI character was made by pompom454

Talking to the C.AI Mr. Wolf was wholesome. It was like the character brought to life. I am not okay with AI being used to make paid works like novels or art in the place of humans, but I like how it's used here.

I think it can be used to help people write out characters in stories if used correctly. Though, I wouldn't recommend C.AI to everyone as chatting with a AI can possibly lead to chaotic results including unexpected dark themes depending on the bot.

You know that trope when some drastic change happens only for it to be retconned by the end of the episode? Well if/when we do get a prequel Bad Guys series, I would like to see a scenario where Snake is the one to motivate his friends to go good after he saves someone (bonus, if it's The Chief). Even if something crazy happens that gives everyone amnesia.

Like this would be a nice episode to reinforce that Snake and the others are truly good deep down. It also be interesting to see how Wolf and the others would react when Snake abruptly wants to leave the criminal life. This episode can go all out and have it so that everyone in the city including The Chief, likes the Bad Guys. However something crazy/supernatural thing happens that sets everything back to the way it was before. Comedic timing would be just as The Chief is about to give Snake the Golden Dolphin or something. XD

It be fun and would show the audience what good the Bad Guys are truly capable of and that they are able to turn their lives around without Marmalade or Diane's help.

First attempt at drawing a The Bad Guys book character with my own interpretation. Here is Hogwild with her own biker gear and helmet. Wanted to capture that reckless energy in her design as I imagine she would be close to Piranha in craziness in the movie universe. Having bike skills that can put Diane to shame. Though she would have a tendency to rush into things head first. ^^'

A VERY BAD HOLIDAY SPOILERS:

Now after watching the special. I would like to see a follow-up story with the Chief wondering what happened to The Bad Guys and why they aren't terrorizing anyone or commiting crimes. Meanwhile, we have the Bad Guys trying to plan their North Pole Heist, but are too sick to do so. Now they are bored with nothing to do.

So we have the Bad Guys trying to find out what to do while recovering from their colds and then we have the Chief joined by Tiffany Fluffit trying to uncover the mystery of the disappearing Bad Guys.
