I finished this drawing at like 4 AM but hey at least my art block is over

I've been re-watching Better Call Saul the past few days and it motivated me to draw Lalo from a reference photo to practice backgrounds & lighting, hope you guys like it! :)

Drawing I did for my girlfriend of one of our OCs <3  I’ve been creating a lot of art lately, not necessarily drawing but I’ve been doing a lot of work with my hands! Keeping myself busy creatively but not restricting my materials has been really good on my mental health, it’s finding a purpose in creating things I personally find pretty/fun to do. It has been leaving my accounts a little dead but that’s whatever, I’m creating art daily without wearing myself down for once. Having myself restricted to only drawing was only furthering myself into artblocks. Anyhow, I put a lot of love into this drawing, I hope you’re as proud of me as I am. :) 

Guess who had a whole art style change after an artblock again! I swear the Dutch Comic Con knocked me out of my artblock, walking through the artist alley inspired me to want to draw again-- I started drawing this drawing just to test out some new brushes on Clipstudio and then I ended up with this in front of me, the brushes used for the line art and sketch are “the usual drawing set” by  つあ, content ID: 1854583 I loved drawing with them because these actually allowed me to make a more messy line art which makes drawing more fun for me since my perfectionism won’t drive me crazy-- I also tried out following a specific color palette I set out for myself and I have to say I really like this drawing! 

Tried out a new shading technique, it was a pain in the ass to do but it looks amazing now that the drawing is done! --SPOILERS-- I drew this right after reading about the Joestar legend in Jojolion because in my opinion Johnny definitely deserved a better death scene. I cried really hard, I knew he was going to die but I didn’t expect it to be so soon. :’) I love Johnny and especially the chemistry between him and Gyro. Rest in piss heaven, you two. Love you guys.
