So we know as operatives, Numbuh 4 can't intervene and protect Numbuh 4-2. But does Wally ever get the chance to be a hero for Joey?
Semi related: How does Wally feel about Joey's arch nemesis? I can't tell if he would be furious or just insanely proud his brother is already so powerful
A little note: Joey can not speak but he can let out little sounds when he's feeling a strong emotion; usually "squeeks" are for when he's happy or excited, and "meeps" are for when he's scared or in a bad situation. That's why Wally got into PROTECC mode!

Do the Rebellious Kids have any weaknesses whatsoever?
(Most definitely but it's more on separate rather than collective)
The Rebels have each their own weaknesses but it's either the same as some or rather a controlled weakness.
Brutus has a small fear of heights, which somehow correlates his hatred with Davis's height. His siblings like to mess with him sometimes by taping him to the ceiling to which he screams at the top of his lungs, Guardian has to get him back down.
Alex (surprisingly) has claustrophobia, she hates small spaces and will freak the hell out everytime she's in a closet. She found that out when she got stuck in an elevator and she would start hyperventilating while spamming the emergency button.
Connie has a bad habit of being busy, despite her liking what she does, she still gets tired and exhausted but can't stop herself. She will do anything to get the job done so she has her guard always low, she doesn't like distractions though.
Leon has a hobby of candy hunting so it's normal that he's not at home at times because he's always out. He surprisingly has a fear of abandonment, he tolerates his pain and his sibling's fights just because he doesn't like being left alone on purpose, he'll only tolerate it when he's out candy hunting.
Davis has a thing with insects, he doesn't mind them unless there's multiple crawling on his body. he then goes into an internal panic and would do anything to get rid of them.
