Communication in any relationship is like oxygen, without it, it dies. It is a bridge between confusion and clarity.
Do it even when its uncomfortable or uneasy. One of the best way to heal, is simply getting everything out.
Thinking about not talking is a toxic behavior and silent treatment is used by an abuser as a form of control, as a punishment, to invalidate, to test boundaries, and to avoid responsibility to their behavior. We should not avoid issues to avoid leading the situation to another issue.
Giving someone a silent treatment speaks volume of your character, Its is an attempt to unsolve a situation and It is the worst form of emotional voilence, it is an ego amok. A cruel, dysfunctional and destructive defence mechanism. It creates pain-inducing barrier to resolving issues and healing hurts. The abuser only causes trauma, psycological stress.
Being silent is only used by people who are too imature to express what is on their minds. Its an act of pushing everyone away. Maturity means sensitivity, manners, and how to react. Only the weak, insecure and immature start pointless dramas and over react to every little things. You dont have to win the arguement if it will cost the relationship. And its not worth it so just talk and let it out.
Remember that before you can communicate effectively, you must first realize that we all are different in the way we perceive the world. Dont expect, set your assumptions aside. Use this as a guide to say things in a nicer way.
Relationship without communication is impossible. When communication starts to fade, everything follows.

U should never settle for any1 who doesn’t respect u, who doesnt love u the way u need to be loved & who doesn’t show u how much he cares for u. U deserve to be with sum1 who will show u that love isn’t difficult or hard,that love can be simple if u find the right person for u
U deserve to be with sum1 who will cherish u, protect u & appreciate u for the rest of ur life. Sum1 who will show you the attention u deserve & sum1 who will tell u u’re the easiest person to love. Because u deserve to be with sum1 who will make you feel that way
Gone will be the days when u suffered at the hand of those who didn’t know how to love u. when u meet the one,U’ll never have to endure heartaches,pain &disappointment again.

Be with the one who will be tender & supportive in every possible way. Sum1 who will be there for u, for better & for worse, to give u a hand whenever u need it. Be with the one who will show u that life can be beautiful again. U should be able to count on him,to rely on him & to trust him completely
Be with the one who will accept u for who u are, w/all ur flaws & still love u as if u were the most perfect person in the entire world. Sum1 who will see u as the most beautiful person even when u’re at ur worst. Sum1 who won’t care if u’re wearing pajamas or ur sexiest dress &will not be able to get his eyes off of u either way
Finally, u should be with the one who will truly understand u, who will listen to u & give u the best advice u never asked for.Sum1 who will never let u be on ur own.Sum1 who will help you overcome all the challenges & make u smile again. Develop good habits while on community quarantine.
"Highly successful people have learned to develop good habits, and it takes discipline, courage and hard work on a daily basis to keep those habits in place. Most people believe that habits are formed by completing a task for 21 days in a row. Twenty-one days of task completion, then voila, a habit is formed."
Life is short, and there are too many things that are more important and fulfilling than sitting in front of a television, scrolling your social media timeline, watching youtube or vlogs and many more. Nobody on their deathbed ever wished they’d spent more time doing all these stuff.  That’s not to suggest you should stop doing these altogether, but come to see it as something best placed at the edge of life, rather than the center.
Remember that when these bad habits interferes with the ability to grow, to learn new things, to lead an active life, then it does constitute a kind of dependence and should be taken seriously.
Idle hands are the devil’s workshop. With nothing else to do with our time during community quarantine at home, it was far too easy to get pulled toward these bad habits. You'll one day realize that after this quarantine you are still doing what your doing right now. But don't lose hope on thinking maybe you can't change to become a better and productive person, so before its too late, here are some of things you can do to prevent this to get worsen:
● Monitor and Track How Much Time You Waste on these bad habits
If your wasting 4hrs each day on doing one non-productive habit, set an alarm. The following day you can make it 2hrs, and then 1 hr until you can finally get rid of it. You must not cheat yourself.
● Realize That this is Stealing Your Life
Develop a Sense of Purpose and Mission for Your Life, that is when you'll realize that there are things, people and time your losing when you let these bad habits take over in your daily life. Ask yourself, is this what you want to see yourself after the quarantine, Still sitting there and watching tv, looking at your mobile phone like your old routine not being productive and still achieving nothing?

● Find Alternatives
If you really can't avoid watching online nonsense short videos or koreanovelas / telenovelas, or reading your social media timeline, why don't you just browse something educational so you could learn from it.
Like cooking, crafts, gardening, fitness and many more. Who knows, maybe you'll find another hidden talent of yours and something soon you'll be passionate about.
Or you could just pretend that your in our grandparents era, when there were no internet and mobile gadgets. Find a good book, have a good coversation and quality time with your family, play board games, dance, meditate/pray, do house chores. Etc
Tip for mobile gadgets: pretend to forget to charge your mobile gadget, let it drain. Unplug. Live life.
● Exercise Consistently
multiple research studies have shown that when people begin exercising more consistently, other areas of their life improve as well.
While everyone is in the same situation (community quarantine), now is the perfect time to practice this rule until it becomes our habit after 21 days. And finally our lifestyle after 90 days.
