Black boxes of doom!! But that said, I have managed to make two skintones linked with that funky steampunk arm by freezerbunny-sims! Should work from teens-elders and all fitness states.

The pale one is pooklet’s Kids in Technicolour no.11 and the tan-ish one is pooklet’s My Poor Lover with a different face blend of their face, ephemera, peggy and Enayla *phew*.

I had to move the mapping and textures around on the arm though in order to make it one group (because bodyshop doesn’t like skins with more than one group ffff), so I’ve included a PSD of the moved around textures you can use over the skintone textures of your choice.

Screen going black while playing?

I had a lot of issues installing my sims in windows 8 (ha! who didn't?) And after struggling a lot I managed to make it playable.

The problem now is that even though the game is running (I don´t have problems in the neighbourhood neither with CAS), I can´t see a thing. The screen is completely black, but the game is working: the sound works and I should be able to play it, but when I use the mouse (when I click with it, if I move it the game works) the screen goes black.

I've tried with and without CC, with and without CD, I looked for tutorials in modthesims but with no luck. I bought my computer a month ago with a nVidia card and everything is new.

Any fellow simmer could help (even if it is just a little tip!) ?

THERE WE GO! Sorry for disappearing without a word. I've been busy with real life stuff like learning how to drive, getting accepted in the university of Barcelona and being on vacations. ;) I bought a new computer, so expect new pics soon!

loeilestdieu requested a handsome, european mature looking man, with high cheekbones and a bit similar to Mads Mikkelsen, so here’s Hans!

I didn’t call him Mads because he doesn’t completely look like him, even when it’s based on that actor (mainly because I used darker eyebrows). So hope you like this european man who lives in an old victorian mansion and has always enjoyed the pleasures of life :D
