A modern AU meet-cute fanfiction idea note to myself.
Sanji works at Baratie, which is a small restaurant owned by Zeff. He lives alone but he gets lonely sometimes, so he gets himself a puppy. He names him Zoro because he thinks it is a cool name. He walks him everyday and loves him so much.
One day, Zoro runs off on his own during their walk and Sanji loses sight of him. He desperately looks for his dog, calling his name. Then strangely enough, he hears someone calling his name, Sanji, from a distance. He wonders who is calling his name, but he just keeps looking for his Zoro.
When he finds his dog, he was playing with a cat. Just as Sanji catches his dog, a guys with green hair comes running, calling his name. It turns out the guy is the cat’s owner and the cat’s name is Sanji. The guy introduces himself as Zoro, which amuses Sanji because he has the same name with his dog. Their pets look sad to be separated, so Sanji suggests Zoro to come over to his place and have some tea, to which Zoro agrees.
I don’t know if I will make this into an actual fanfiction, but personally I like this idea so I’m posting it here to remember!
