It's been a while but I didn't actually give up on this project! Here's a VERY unconventional mix of punk and military lolita with some rainbows mixed in to make it even more out there. Rainbow Dash wouldn't settle for anything too mainstream anyway, hahah. I do like the result, though. Hopefully it doesn't cross over into ita territory........
