One thing I like about Narnia is how much grace it extends towards its characters.I feel like, in a less kind fairytale, Edmund or Eustace would’ve been left to their fates, made into a cautionary tale. Instead, they’re saved, they’re given a second chance, and even their failures are used to further some ultimate Good.

Hmm personally…
Lucy is spring. New beginnings, flowers blooming. Hope unfurling from winter’s frost. Fawns creeping in the thickets and butterflies daring to emerge from the cold. A pale blue sky melting slowly into summer.
Peter is summer. When crops are planted, when the days are long and still and quiet. Air that is hot and sizzling, and a sun that burns golden overhead. Wheat fields and blue sky and salt-encrusted waves and shells glistening in sand.
Edmund is autumn. Leaves changing color, shifting from green to reddish gold. Trees shedding their garments, casting aside the old to embrace the new when spring comes. The air turning cool and crisp. Apples and fires and warmth and light amid approaching cold and darkness.
Susan is winter. Cold and dangerous, but with a kind and dazzling beauty. The warmth of a fire. The smell of baking cookies even as the outdoors slumber beneath fields of snow. Glistening white, endless and sparkling and bitter, yet still lovely.
Ok folks i have a question, which seasons do you think corresponds nicely to each Pevensies?
Personally i think Lucy's summer, Ed's winter, Susan's autumn, and Peter's spring.
