I am BEGGING Oshi no Ko fans to understand that the story isn't giving us an incest plotline for the sake of it, but because the manga is about how teenagers are sexually exploited by the entertainment industry. Chapter 141 just talked about how consent is taken away from vulnerable women and children by predators in power.

MEM-cho mentions that the twins kissing is what the audience would want to see. Abiko & Yoriko also ignore Aqua's discomfort by saying that entertaining his audience is his responsibility.

Aqua is clearly uncomfortable with the thought of kissing Ruby, while she doesn't have the same reservations. But this isn't because Ruby has some incest fetish; it's because she doesn't see Aqua as her brother.

"Well, this is still creepy for her!" I need you to understand that Ruby, or Sarina, isn't a well-adjusted girl. She's a child who has suffered from immense trauma that skews her perceptions. She died from brain cancer when she was 12 years old. There's no way Ruby has a proper, healthy understanding of familial and romantic relationships.
And most importantly, this kissing scene is for the 15-Year Lie documentary to get revenge. Aqua is playing Hikaru Kamiki, and Ruby is playing Ai Hoshino. In other words, Aqua has to sexually exploit Ruby in the documentary to ruin Hikaru's reputation. He's at the homestretch to get his revenge, and all it takes is taking advantage of a vulnerable child.
This is Aqua's final test. He has to choose if he will perpetuate the cycle of exploitation and violence that got Ai killed, or if he'll make the right choice Hikaru Kamiki never did before he went too far.

hehe you're welcome! i think you can also go beyond and see kotoko's insults on the guilty prisoners as something that applies to herself.
dasai means lame or uncool, referring to fuuta "playing the cocky hero," saying it's dorky or cringey. kotoko has a similar vigilantism to fuuta, even calling herself a hero in the chorus. "i became your fangs / as the long awaited hero"
kitsui means intense or severe, referring to mahiru's philosophy on love being so passionate and unrelenting. kotoko similarly pursues justice in the same intense way, "i need a good reason to give justice / give me my next purpose"
nibui means dull, dim, or slow, referring to how mikoto doesn't remember or understand his crime. this is more of a stretch, but kotoko does show that confusion over people's hesitation to her actions. "why do you tell me "stop"?"
adding onto that, you can say the same for amane's line too. "unstoppable, unbreakable/unreasonable Faith" change faith with justice, and it fits.
for the last line, "they're still here, it's annoying," kotoko says this after listing off every innocent prisoner, including es, but not herself.

though, why would she be annoyed that es is "innocent"? it makes no sense with how she views them. but since she dresses up as them in the MV and such... i think kotoko is using es as a replacement for herself in this lineup.

The rolecall at the start differs between prisoners who were found Guilty or Innocent in T1: those found Innocent have (Under) at the start of their line, while those who were found Guilty do not. (I find it interesting that Es, notably, has Under at the start of both of the lines about them.)
In addition, the structure of the lines are different: those about Innocent prisoners are in the form of a rhyming word that ends in an -ai sound (these words are later reprised for the rolecall at the end of the song) and then a sentence, where Guilty prisoners get repetition, ending in a ne sound. To show some examples - Yuno (Innocent): Hashitanai nukumori no gooru Fuuta (Guilty): Mata ikitte-sa ikitte-sa dasai ne Kazui (Innocent): Kakushiteitai yokubaritai gisoo hanei Mikoto (Guilty): Naji oboetenai oboetenai nibui-ne
(Interestingly, Amane is kinda an outlier. She doesn't get the Under at the start of her line but the line structure is closer to that of Innocent prisoners: Tomerarenai fumikomenai shinkōshin. Considering that Kotoko never attacked her (even though she intended to) I'm reading this as a feature, not a bug.)
The four T1 Guilties (including Amane) do not appear in the reprisal rolecall at the end, but you know who does? Kotoko has avoided speaking of herself the whole time, until she finally does so in the last line ("They’re still here, still here, it grates me"). And which pattern does she use? Hora nokotte sa nokotte sa uzai-ne
Repetition, ending with ne. She uses the same pattern for herself as she uses for the Guilty prisoners.

this is an interesting observation on the lyrical structure with the innocent and guilty prisoners, especially how amane doesn't fit the pattern, but i think your final conclusion with kotoko is a bit off, but on the right track.
Fuuta: mata ikitte-sa, ikitte-sa, dasai-ne again acting cocky, acting cocky, how lame
Mahiru: mada sukitte-sa, sukitte-sa, kitsui-ne still saying it's for love, it's for love, how intense
Mikoto: naji oboete-nai, oboete-nai, nibui-ne really don't remember, don't remember, how dim
the official english lyrics take more creative liberties with the wording, instead of doing a more literal translation like i am here. but like this, you can see how repeats their personality, then insults them.
at the end of the song, kotoko lists off each of the innocent prisoners, including es, before finishing with:
hora nokotte-sa, nokotte-sa, uzai-ne they're still here, still here, how annoying
to me, this is kotoko saying she's frustrated over how the forgiven prisoners aren't being punished as well.
but she does have a specific part about herself, that follows the patterns of both the forgiven and guilty prisoners!

here, she uses the same "ne (ね)" as above, but this time at the start of the line, instead of the end. it's worth noting this ね is meant to function as both the "bakajan-ne" and the beginning of the last line, when you see how it's written in the kanji, and official english and french translations.
but like herself, kotoko also has a whole verse just for es.
(andaa) tsukaenai, kioku no kangoku de (under) useless, in a prison of memories (andaa) yureteitai? waraechau seigi (under) are you swaying? laughable justice bakajan, bakajan-ne so stupid, it's so stupid doa no nokku shitemyouka shall i knock on the door?
and for them, she not only says "under" twice, but she also doesn't use "ne" in the last line :^)
