Im thinking of starting this again...
I'll update this daily btw my birthday is the 27th of next month, I weigh 156.8
Trying Le Sserafim's workout till my birthday because I'm bored
Day 1: the burpees killed me and the plank crawl is deathly
Day 2: Wasn't as hard the burpees are still terrible and I'm incredibly sore 😀👍
Day 3: sorry for the late update, but I refused to believe the workout gets easier but it did the burpees still killed me but, I was able to finish the whole set in one go, and I finished a lot earlier, probably 1 hour instead of 3 😀 but yeah and I added a little more to the plank twists and crunches
Day 4: it was kinda easier today just took me longer bc I kept getting interrupted, I've noticed I have more stamina and I've gotten stronger and I've lost some fat in my legs, plus I'm doing a pilates workout with this aswell
Day 5: I was so busy all day getting everything done for me to start school, so I skipped
Day 6: not doing it today or tomorrow because my period started
Day 7: ❌

Girl this happened to me when I was like 11-12 bruh I was petrified, and like me and a few of my siblings shared a room and my brother was woke on his phone and I thought I was like screaming his name and yelling for his help but i wasn't I was js in sleep paralysis and then another thing was like in the darkness a black like thing with gigantic white teeth and big with eyes appeared out of thin air and it was getting closer and closer anf then i tried to close my eyes but it didn't work i could still see it and i couldn't move at all it felt like something was holding me down and as soon as the demon looking thing got really close to me like right up in my face I woke up crying and I asked my brother 'did he not hear me calling for help I was screaming and yelling his name' and he was like 'no' he said 'I was probably in sleep paralysis' and that's how I found out what it was
But you said yours lasted for like thirty seconds, mines lasted for like thirty minutes 😭😭🙌🏽
im glad i didn't see anything , cause if i did BABY i wouldn't be here rn , i really would've died, i didn't know sleep paralysis was a actual real thing cause i've never seen anyone talk about it outside of movies 😭
