I kinda squeal when I saw the chucks because it screams John! I love, love it! I think it’s more perfect that the previous cover. It hints a little at the innocence, at the same time the matureness that happened it the story. Welp, I’ll shut up now. I don’t want to spoil anyone!

Edie transferred to public school but unbeknownst to her John Cole also attends the same school. Will their shared experience of that awful night be a way to bridge friendship? Or would an ugly past catch up on them?
I admit I had a hard time seeing Kylie Scott in this YA highschool romance. I was used to rock stars (Stage Dive series) and hot bartenders (Dive Bar series) but I got past it. I fell in love with the story. The intense first chapters hooked me so good, I didn’t put this book down until I get to the end. It was maddeningly beautiful. The pace of the story is what you would expect in any great YA. Everything seems to be happening in slow motion then, boom, the feels will hit you head-on.
I absolutely love Edie and John. I didn’t expect the chemistry between these two. I had doubts whether they’ll work at first but they totally blew me away! From strangers to bestfriends to lovers, I can’t find a single fault in their relationship. I love the cat-and-mouse chase because it was so high school. *sigh* It made me feel so old though. I was frustrated and impatient for them to go through their issues so they could finally be together.
Trust delivered a story that is more than I bargained for. As an avid reader of Kylie Scott, you could say I will always love whatever she’ll write. But she went far and beyond the norm by writing Trust. Just because it’s a YA set in highschool it doesn’t mean that the story is any less intense or deep. It was something everyone who went through a rough time can relate to. And I think that’s what makes Trust a beautiful story come to life.

OMG. I cannot wait for this book. I have missed reading dark romances and this will be the perfect fix. Tillie writes the sweetest and darkest hero/heroines, I’m so excited to meet Ellis and Heathan.

A little bit of 5 stars!!!

Katy Evans did it again! I absolutely adore this book. I haven't read anything of hers that I didn't love. I couldn't get enough of this story and I just devoured it in one day. Every page opens a new room for more passion and intense scenes. Bryn and Aaric doesn't just tell a second-chance love story everyone wanted to have. It was a story for every what-if you have in your life.
Bryn, I think a lot of us can relate to her. She was so scared of what she wanted that she let him go. More than ten years has passed but she still guards herself from anything that could hurt her. I love her tenacity and good spirits. She desperately chased her dreams despite everything that happened. Bryn is one of the few heroines that I actually loved. Aaric Christos, now this man made my head and heart spiral out of control. He could be a big jerk (of course) but he's more than that. His past, failures and experiences shaped who he really is. He was every book boyfriend you could ever wanted and imagined. Their backstories were just heart-fluttering and heartbreaking at the same time. I feel like I'm about to jump into a cliff whenever I see a "___ years ago".
Everyone has a story to tell. It was not just Bryn and Aaric that captured my heart. I wanted to know more about Jensen, Cole and Sarah. I see them as pawns that nudged our two lovebirds together. I think they deserve to have their own story... a book or novella perhaps? I'm not yet ready to say goodbye to this crew yet. When was I ever ready? Anyway, I'm hoping to get more stories with our beloved characters.

Granted, this is not centered on Celaena/Aelin but I wanted Chaol to be in the cover for his book! *sigh* I feel a bit cheated but whatever, the cover wouldn’t change the fact that we’re only a few months away from Chaol! I am so excited, so excited, so excited. *happily dancing*

Some of us just have their own favorites. Anyway, I cannot wait for another book by Abbi! I feel like it's been forever since I read about this crew. Hmm, I can feel a reread is in order. ;)
