This recipe is the most delicious thing in the universe!!!! Give it a try and let me know what you think⤵️ CHEESECAKE KETO BOMBS💖 Ingredients🍎: 6 ounces cream cheese 2 - 2.5 ounces fresh or frozen strawberries (or raspberries) 2 ounces salted butter (4 tablespoons) 1 ounce granular swerve sweetener (roughly 2 tablespoons) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Prep👩🏻‍🍳: 1. Let the cream cheese, strawberries, and butter sit at room temperature for about an hour to soften before continuing with the recipe. 2. Puree the strawberries using a small blender like the Nutribullet. Alternatively, you can mash them by hand, but the texture will be less smooth. 3. In a bowl, combine pureed strawberries, sweetener, and vanilla, stirring until well-mixed. 4. In a separate bowl, microwave the cream cheese for 10 seconds until very soft and pliable. This is an optional step, but it makes the cream cheese softer and more easily combined with other ingredients. 5. Add butter and cream cheese to the bowl with the strawberry mixture. Use an electric hand mixer and beat until well-mixed, ideally without any large cream cheese clumps remaining. 6. Divide the batter into 18 round silicone molds, smoothing the surface with a spatula. Freeze until solid, about 2 hours, before serving. Store leftovers in the freezer.

Guys THIS SHIT WAS AMAZING.
Homemade chicken nuggets and instead of breadcrumbs I used a mixture of almond flour and grated parmesan. Then I pan fried them in a little bit of olive oil.
Hooolyyy shitttt
Meals like this make me love my low carb diet so much.
I also made a dipping sauce out of mayo, ketchup, onion powder, garlic powder, and extra black pepper.
I’m so satisfied. I ate the whole damn thing.

GARLIC BUTTER STEAK AND SPINACH Ingredients🍎: 1 2/3 lb (750g) flank steak, sliced against the grain 1 ¼ lb (500g) fresh spinach 4 tablespoons butter or ghee (or less if you want) 4 garlic cloves, minced Juice of ½ lemon ¼ cup (60ml) low-sodium beef broth ¼ cup chopped parsley ¼ cup chopped chives ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes Salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste The steak marinade
2/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos if you’re strictly paleo) ¼ cup lemon juice ¾ cup olive oil 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (or any hot chili sauce you like)

Starting today I’ll be sharing 14 delicious recipes with portobello mushrooms, which is a great and delicious idea on keto diets! Hope you enjoy🤤❤️
Caprese Stuffed Garlic Butter Portobellos
Ingredients🍎:
Garlic butter
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic , crushed
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley
Mushrooms:
5-6 large Portobello Mushrooms , stem removed, washed and dried thoroughly with a paper towel
5-6 fresh mozzarella cheese balls , sliced thinly
1 cup grape (or cherry) tomatoes, sliced thinly
fresh basil , shredded to garnish
Balsamic Glaze: (or you can use store bought, or this recipe)
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons brown sugar (OPTIONAL)
Prep👩🏻‍🍳:
Preheat oven to grill/broil settings on high heat. Arrange oven shelf to the middle of your oven.
Combine all of the Garlic Butter ingredients together in a small saucepan (or microwave safe bowl), and melt until garlic is fragrant. Brush the bottoms of each mushroom and place them, buttered side down, on a baking tray.
Flip and brush any remaining garlic over the insides of each cap. Fill each mushroom with the mozzarella slices and tomatoes, and grill/broil until cheese has melted and golden in colour (about 8 minutes).
To serve, top with the basil, drizzle with the balsamic glaze and sprinkle with salt to taste.
For the Balsamic Glaze:
(If making from scratch, prepare while mushrooms are in the oven.) Combine sugar (if using) and vinegar in a small saucepan over high heat and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low; allow to simmer for 5-8 minutes or until mixture has thickened and reduced to a glaze. (If not using sugar, allow to reduce for 12-15 minutes on low heat).

Holding the dumbbell against one leg throughout the movement, raise your knee to a 90-degree angle (A). Lower the leg and immediately step into a reverse lunge (B). Repeat for all reps. Complete reps on this side, then move to the next exercise on the same leg.

3 months
It takes 3 months to make a drastic change to your appearance. By September you can be at your goal weight. By October you can dress in that Halloween costume you were waiting to wear until you lost the weight. By November you can wear big sweaters and cute socks and look ADORABLE. By December you can actually enjoy the holidays and not be concerned about that extra fat you used to carry around. By January, you can cross out “lose weight” from your New Year’s resolution because you were disciplined enough to get to your goal weight a long time ago. Just imagine where you could be if you just stick to your plans for the next 3 months.
