One bad day won't ruin your progress!! Please don't try to purge and DON'T binge more!! I pinky promise things will be better tommorow, okay? You've got this!!
if you need extra reassurance ⬇️ :)
most of the weight you gained is water weight!! it will go away in a few days if you stay in control. BUT binging more will just make it worse and if you decide to fast tommorow, you'll likely binge all over again!! And don't try to purge! Purging only gets rid of less than half of the calories you consumed. Not only that, but it will have horrible affects on your body AND will make you want to binge again since your stomach is empty. Just count today as an extra/early metabolism day which will in the long run help you lose weight! And don't forget, we are depriving our bodies of nutrients, what you just ate will keep you healthy and alive long enough to get to your UGW!
Everyone binges at some point, this is normal!! so don't beat yourself up too much and just do better tommorow!

I'm on the bus on my way home and there is a girl behind me that has been blabbering on the phone really loudly for a good 20 minutes now and somebody/something also smells like booze in here. I call this preparation for hell.

This is weird, but I'm kind of looking forward to being sick this winter. It hasn't hit me yet, even though it's almost December now, and I'm still waiting. Because being sick is basically like vacation. Sure, I'm tired and I have a fever and stuff, but compared to my usual busy schedule I get to stay in bed all day and it's literally beneficial for my health to be lazy. Plus I lose my appetite so I drop some weight, a big plus.

I sipped water while she was sitting there with grease on her fingers. It made me feel good.
I can see my overweight classmate eating a fried donut and it is honestly the best motivation. I know that it's kind of bad to think this way, but she has skinny-shamed (and body-shamed in general) me before, so I don't even feel bad to be honest.

Nevermind, I ended up at around 800. It's 8am the next day now, I had breakfast for 134kc@l. It's fine. Everything is fine.
It's 7pm, I only had a piece of pizza pastry, a few fries and a bit of Greek yoghurt with muesli, so I'm guessing somewhere above 350. That's pretty good, if I have one more sensible meal today, I'm gonna stay under 700kc@l. I also walked around the city a lot, so even if I forgot to count some kc@l (that happens to me more often than I'd like to admit), I'd have burned them off and it would be fine.

I'm having a meta day today and to remind myself that I won't actually gain weight from it, I'm going to share a validating thing that happened to me yesterday:
Our big band had rehearsal in a hall with a concert piano (I'm a pianist). At the beginning of the rehearsal one of my co-players offered to lift the lid of the piano for me because he was convinced I wasn't able to lift it myself. It made me feel really good about myself, not gonna lie 😅

Ok, today's total estimated kc@l intake is ~660. The last few days were pretty good, so I think I'm gonna do a higher res day tomorrow, just to prevent an uncontrollable binge. 1100 maybe? Yeah, seems reasonable.

I lost a little bit of weight and felt... acceptable. I went to a secondhand shop to look for some jeans, didn't find any that would fit my body and expectations, but I took a photo in the changing rooms. Oh well, it's not the best but at least something.

I forgot to call my psychiatrist for an appointment today. The ironic thing is, i actually wanted to talk to her because of my ADHD (not officially diagnosed yet) and forgetfullnes 👍
