Hey You - Pt.1

Clay x Fem!Reader

My first Trolls fic, hope I did alright. I’ll try to post part 2 as soon as I can.

The sun was setting as Rhonda hurried down a dusty path surrounded by hills. Inside sat Bruce at the drivers seat with Tiny on his stomach holding his mini steering wheel. Y/n stood to their left while Branch stood to the right with his arms crossed as Velvet and Veneers popular song, Watch Me Work, played over the radio.

“Oh my kids love these guys, we’re a total Veneer household.” Bruce happily explained.

“They’re the one’s who have Floyd!” John Dory pointed out from further behind them.

“Ah it’s gonna be hard to seperate the art from the artist.” John Dory rolled his eyes and walked off while Branch and Y/n gave Bruce looks of disbelief. As the song finished, a voice came over the radio.

“That’s Velvet and Veneer’s spicy hot new single, Watch Me Work. Catch them tomorrow night at the Rage Dome where they’ll be receiving the Lifer Award (L-Lifer Award!)” Bruce, Y/n and Branch looked at each other with worry before Bruce turned off the radio.

“Guys, will Floyd even make it through that show?” Branch walked down to where John Dory and Poppy were stood by his clue board.

“Don’t worry, we’re gonna make it. We’ve been looking for clues to find Clay.” Poppy placed a BroZone poster of Clay in his funderdraws up on the clue board.

“Oh I’m sorry, the clue board, you mean my clue board?” A quick moment of silence passed as Poppy and John Dory ignored Branch. “That I made?” Poppy and John Dory continued looking at the board, still not giving Branch any response. “We like the clue board now?”

At the mention of finding Clay, Y/n quickly turned around and headed down to the other three trolls while trying to hide her rising panic.

“Do we really need to find Clay?” Poppy, Branch and John Dory turned to face her, confused as to why she wouldn’t want to find him. “I mean, we’ve already got you three.” Y/n gestured to the present BroZone members. “And it would give us way more time to save Floyd if we just headed to Mount Rageous now.”

“Uh Y/n, are you ok?” Poppy stepped forward, concerned for her close friend.

“Wha, me? I’m fine. I’m not panicked, you’re panicked. Like why would I be so nervous to see Clay again after all these years. It’s not like there was anything terrible that happened between us after the band broke up, what makes you think that?” Poppy stepped back to talk to Branch.

“What’s going on with her?” Branch sighed and crossed his arms again, still looking over at their nervous friend.

“Before the band broke up Y/n and Clay kind of had a thing going on.”

“Oh I knew it! There were rumours those two were together!” Branch reached out his hands, signalling for Poppy to calm down.

“But that night, when everyone left, Clay decided to break up with Y/n on the spot and, as you know, leave forever.”

“Oh” Poppy lowered her hands as her energy dropped after hearing the sad story. “That’s why she doesn’t want to find him.”

“Exactly.” Branch confirmed Poppy’s thoughts.

“It’s a shame really” John Dory cut into the conversation. “They were such a cute couple. I even remember when Clay made us pull that whole song together just to ask her out.”

“Oh don’t act so sympathetic.” Branch turned to face John Dory. “You weren’t even there when they broke up.”

“That doesn’t mean I don’t care.” John Dory tried to defend himself.

“Ok guys, maybe now isn’t the best time for an argument. Let’s all just calm down and- what is he wearing!?” Poppy cut off her previous sentence and pointed at the poster she had stuck up before. Branch noticed what she was referring to.

“Oh, those are just his…”

“Perfect, perfect, perfect.” The music to BroZone’s old song seemed to play out of nowhere as Branch quickly got an idea.

“Funderdraws!” He smashed open a glass case holding Clay’s funderdraws which unavoidably released a disgusting scent along with a bunch of green ghost that flew around yelling ‘Stinky!’. John Dory whacked them away the best he could while Poppy and Y/n held their breaths from the smell. Branch held up the funderdraws proudly.

“John Dory, I have no idea why you saved these it’s incredibly disgusting. But I’m glad you did.” Poppy stood with a dopey smile on her face while Y/n had her arms crossed, not liking where the conversation was going. Meanwhile, John Dory put his hands on his hips in defence.

“What, they’re memorabilia. But I will be good gosh darned if I know how they’re gonna help us find Clay.”

Next thing you know, Rhonda was sniffing the funderdraws dangled in her face at the end of a stick. Branch, standing on her forehead, called out to her.

“Help us Rhonda!” He turned to face Poppy who had her head stuck out the window while keeping a grip on his vest. “She’s got the scent!” The two headed back inside quickly before anything else could happen.

Inside in the background, Y/n helped Branch and Poppy settle back in safely. John Dory came up next to Tiny and Bruce, who now hand one hand on the larger steering wheel, and leaned on the armrest of Bruce’s chair.

“Hey, Tiny, you see that button?” Tiny Diamond’s gaze followed John Dory as he pointed to a button with a swirl pattern and the word hustle above it.

“Uh yeah.”

“That beautiful, shiny button?” John Dory pressed further.

“Oh you mean the button that’s taking every fibre of my being not to press? Yeah I see it.” Tiny Diamond slid off the button as quickly as he had laid atop it. John Dory stepped forward and lowered his voice to a more dramatic tone.

“Press it.”

“Oh heck yeah ooh!” Tiny Diamond jumped off the larger steering that he had a grip on and jumped onto the hustle button causing it to glow and swirl. ‘Hustle Dimension’ began to play as rainbow lights came out of Rhonda. Her eyes lit up and began to glow.

“Let’s hustle daddy!” Rhonda let out a noise before zooming off into the distance, glowing lights trailing behind. She leapt a few times as she ran and jumped into a glowing, star-shaped portal that seemed to have appeared out of nowhere.

In the hustle dimension, everything was different. Everyone was placed into a two-dimensional state and the gravity that existed before was now lost as Rhonda floated about.

“Woah” Branch called out as he stumbled into what was meant to be the space in Rhonda behind the drivers seat. Poppy followed after letting out a loud gasp as she took note of her appearance. Everything then melted away and while they were still within a two-dimensional space everything about it had changed, including the visual style.

Poppy and Branch now found themselves walking down a black and white road, dancing along to the ‘Hustle Dimension’ music. Bruce then bounced next to Poppy on her left with John Dory bouncing to Branch’s right and Y/n bouncing, landing in the middle. They all laughed together before John Dory, Y/n and Bruce flew off with rainbow trails. Poppy grabbed her own hand and spun away with Branch tumbling after her.

They all flew side by side down the black and white road in the rainbow coloured world. Branch and Poppy were on the right, Bruce and Y/n were on the left and John Dory flew in the middle. They all then flew through another star that once again changed the visuals of the reality they were perceiving. Each zoomed down in their respective colours. Branch was blue, Poppy was pink, John Dory was green, Y/n was f/c and Bruce was Purple. They flew next to stars and swirled together, combining to create Hustle Man who loudly called out.

“Hustle!” Hustle Man flew off into the sky before disappearing. Rhonda finally flew out of the star portal that they had first entered and settled back down to run normally on the road once more. Bruce and Tiny Diamond had been placed back where they were but John Dory, Y/n, Poppy and Branch were unfortunately thrown onto the floor, on their backs, in a heap. Poppy quickly stood up shaking her head for a second as the song ended.

“Wow! Too much hustle is a thing.”

“Huh, look at that.” Branch waved his hand around, hallucinating rainbows following it.

It was now dark outside. Rhonda nervously ran through a dark forest before stopping in front of a seemingly abandoned building.

“Are we sure this is where Clay lives?” Branch asked as Rhonda opened her door to let everyone step out. Bruce followed behind him with Tiny Diamond in a baby carrier. Tiny decided to reply.

“Are we sure? Our GPS is an armadillo bus sniffing used undies so no, we’re not sure.”

The group continued to walk towards the old building. Bruce spoke as they wandered through the entrance which lead into a bother part of the dark outdoors.

“Eeh. I think this is the place from every true crime podcast I’ve ever listened to.” They continued forwards through the dark, unaware of the ‘golf balls’ rolling around them. The small group of trolls stuck close together until…

“Halt!” Lights switched on revealing a giant clown face with glowing eyes and a giant tongue extending out to them. Rainbow coloured smoke puffed from either side of the clown head as it’s teeth moved while it spoke.

“Who goes there!?”

“Ahhh!” The entire group screamed in fear!

“Agh!” Tiny cried out, quickly climbing out of his carrier and into Bruce’s hair. He poked his head out once before hiding back inside.

“Who dares trespass on these sacred grounds!?” The clown demanded. Branch put on a determined face and began to walk forward strongly. John Dory tried to stop him.

“Branch, what are you doing?” But Branch continued on. He stopped when he was right near the clown head’s tongue, looking up and calling out to it.

“Listen, we don’t want any clown related trouble okay? We’re just here looking for our brother, Clay.”

The clown’s teeth moved down slightly before moving in sync with it’s voice again. “Wait a second, you’re trolls?”

“So what? You’re a clown.” Branch retorted, gesturing to the face in front of him. Unexpectedly, a yellow, golf ball looking thing popped out of the clown’s mouth and rolled towards the group.

“Woah!” Branch stepped back towards the rest of the group as the ball bounced closer to them. The ball then unfurled revealing to be a troll with crazy blonde hair and pink skin. She stood up in a menacing pose for a moment before smiling widely at everyone.

“Oh my gosh, hello! My name is Viva! It is so fantastamazing to see other trolls!” She immediately ran around squeezing John Dory, giving Bruce a big hug, hugging Y/n from the side, spinning Branch around and lifting Poppy up in her own heartfelt hug.

“Hi! Ha!” Viva smiled after quickly setting Poppy down. Poppy slouched froward, feeling slightly drained from Viva’s energetic mood, but stood up properly to hear her speak.

“So fantastamazing is my own personal word it means, um, fantastic and amazing. I used to say amastic but then I was like ‘Mmm, that’s not as good.’”

Poppy immediately tried thinking of her own word to match Viva’s. “Fantasta um awesome.”

“That’s different but that works too! Way to make it your own.” After receiving the complement, Poppy rushed over to Branch’s side.

“Is this how people feel when they meet me?”

“Yes.” Branch replied, just quickly enough to not be cut off by Viva.

“Am I being a lot? Sometimes I can be a lot.”

“Uh I’m not sure we’re in the right place.” Branch mentioned, but Viva easily dismissed his worries.

“Of course you’re in the right place. Any troll is welcome here with us.” Now stood in front of the small group of trolls, Viva clapped her hands and called out. “Okay, Putt-putt trolls, lights on for our new friends” A bunch of trolls had rolled towards Viva and popped out of their golf-ball disguises. Each one was characterised with a vibrant colour, wild hair, and some sort of sweater romper or dress. While most had their hair out, some adorned buckets on their heads while others wore green mossy hats. As Viva finished talking the lights to the putt-putt course switched on, lighting up the whole place in the dark of night. Viva began to tap her feet excitedly, seeing the expressions of wonder coming from each of the new trolls.

“Oh my gosh, are you guys hungry, are you thirsty?”

“Yes!” Tiny cheered, jumping out and back into his baby carrier.

“Fries fries, you guys want fries, I am seeing fries. Bring out the works.” Viva jumped around and gestured to a few Putt-putt trolls who excitedly left to grab the food. “Milkshakes, to celebrate!”

“Coming in hot!” A bright yellow Putt-putt troll called out. Rolling away as a hot dog, fries, banana split, drink and milkshake were placed down around the pop trolls. Viva grabbed onto the straw of the pink milkshake and drank it all in one slurp, wowing the others. She then jumped down and stretched her back.

“Woo that’s better, now I finally have some energy!” Viva ran past Poppy.

“Did you just braid my hair!?” Poppy smiled, noticing the large braid left by Viva who quickly popped back round.

“You’re welcome, it looks so good.”

“I love it!” Poppy smiled brightly as she gripped her hair. Viva then gasped and ran over to Y/n.

“Oh my gosh, your hair is so pretty. How do you get it to sparkle like that?” Y/n laughed and smiled brightly at the compliment.

“Thank you. It’s just naturally like this. The benefits of being a troll, right?”

“Totally.” Viva agreed.

“Wow, these fries are amazing.” Bruce complemented as he lifted up another fry. “They’d really go great with a burger.”

“Aaa!” A blue Putt-putt trolled screamed, leading to a chorus of panic and terror as all the Putt-putt trolls desperately tried to hide.

“What is happening?” Bruce asked.

“Yeah we try not to use that word around here. It’s just that burger sounds a little too much like ah…” Viva leaned towards Bruce and spoke in a hushed tone. “Burgens.” She winced as another chorus of screams were let out.

“We call burgers…” The group looked up to see a mysterious figure walking towards them. “Meat circles.”

“Clay?” Branch smiled.

“Oh no.” Y/n’s face dropped at his arrival.

“Clay, hey what’s up man?” Bruce cheered as he and Clay happily walked to each other.

“Hey, how you been man?” Clay smiled as they initiated their own handshake.

“Clay!” John Dory jumped forward, opening his arms for a hug.

“Hmm, John.” Clay blankly replied, giving him no more than a few seconds of attention.

“Wha?” John Dory’s face dropped at the lack of response he received.

“Spruce.” Clay gave Bruce a fist bump as they finished off hair handshake. “What do you know?”

“Actually I go by Bruce now.”

“Bruce, oh ho someone got fancy. I like it.” Bruce laughed at Clay’s response.

“Look who’s talking, is that a sweater romper?” He questioned.

“What can I say, when you co-run a place you gotta flex the drip.” Clay pulled slightly on the collar of his sweater romper before releasing it.

“Ya, I’m the fun side of the operation and Mr Clay takes care of the boring stuff!” Viva cheered as she slid into the conversation.

“Guilty.” He admitted. The two laughed together until Clay noticed branch. “Woah, baby branch!” He ran over and grabbed Branch’s face. “No way!”

“Actually it’s Big Branch now, or just Branch. Branch is fine.” Branch struggled to speak as his cheeks were squished together.”

“Come here, come here. Yeah.” Clay spoke in a babyish voice as he continued to squish Branch’s cheeks. Only stopping when Branch started to speak again.

“So Clay, this is Poppy.” Branch gestured to Poppy who appeared at his side.

“Hi Clay! So great to finally meet you.” Poppy smiled as she waved and gave Clay a quick hug. “Can you do the Rusty Robot for me?”

“Yeah no, I don’t do that anymore okay?” Clay awkwardly explained.

“Right, kidding. Ha can you imagine? I wouldn’t just ask you to do that after meeting you two seconds ago. Who would do that?” She awkwardly looked at Clay after glancing away for a second.

“Yeah, it’s just that Fun-boy Clay is dead. Serious-boy Clay only does the Well-Oiled Robot.” Clay spoke while demonstrating his new and improved Well-Oiled Robot. “And it is no friki-friki-friki fun.” He stated while ending in a pose, similar to how he would end the Rusty Robot, only with a frown and his hands in the ‘I Love You’ pose.

“I mean, that’s still pretty fun.” Poppy lightheartedly pointed out.

“Ha yeah, same old Clay.” John Dory added.

“Nah, that’s not true.” Clay tried to defend himself. “If I was still fun, would I have chosen the admin building as my bedroom?” Everyone looked over to the admin building, a small wooden shack with nothing but a window, a door, and the capacity to hold barely one troll. “Huh? Huh? Asking the tough questions guys, asking the tough questions.”

“Oh, right.” Poppy nodded.

“Wait, you still haven’t met Y/n!” Tiny smiled brightly.

“No no no.” Bruce looked down at him with worry.

“No no no no no no…” John Dory, Branch and Poppy chimed in, not noticing Clay’s shocked expression.

“Y/n?”

“Oh yeah, you’re other friend. Where did she go?” Viva looked around to try and spot her. Y/n tried to sneak away behind Bruce but was quickly noticed by Tiny.

“Here she is!” He happily exclaimed.”

“Dammit Tiny!” Y/n stomped in frustration.

“Y-Y/n, hey.” Clay awkwardly waved and stepped forward.

“Hi Clay.” The two struggled in finding a comfortable greeting backing out of a fist bump, handshake and high five. After awkwardly trying to move around their hands they tried leaning in for a hug but backed out of that too. Y/n eventually opted to just give Clay two pats on the shoulder as they exchanged awkward toothy smiles.

“Uh anyway.” Clay stepped back, Y/n doing the same. “I can’t believe you all are here. Wait, where’s Floyd?”

“That’s why we’re here. Branch stepped forward. “Floyd’s been taken prisoner in Mount Rageous by superstar singers, Velvet and Veneer.”

“And the only thing powerful enough to free him is the perfect family harmony.” The five adult trolls finished together. Tiny’s face contorted in confusion.

“Okay, either they just made that up or I have not been paying attention.”

“Well why haven’t you just called he authorities?” Clay asked but slowly came the conclusion by himself. “Oh, unless Floyd is being held in an impenetrable diamond prison.”

“Yeah, that.” John Dory confirmed.

“I’m in. I’d also like to volunteer to keep track of our expenses, just cause I think you’re gonna need somebody to be on top of that.” Clay gave the group an almost smug smile.

“Yeah I don’t think you’ll get any pushback on that front.” Bruce spoke up. Branch’s expression turned to a more serious tone.

“Great, but we need to leave for Mount Rageous like now.”

Romance Headcanons Pt.2

This is the second part of the romance headcanons I’ve made for my interpretation of the 2012 tmnt team meeting a human female team. Enjoy!

Leo and Sadie

Leo is very bold in comparison to Sadie

They match each other in skills and tactics, having similar ideas and logic to each other

They enjoy meditating together as it brings out a similar calm that the two both enjoy

There are plenty of situations where Sadie will have gotten herself in a rough situation and find herself in need of Leo’s help

He definitely roped her into watching space heroes with him

They’re just two dorks having fun loving each other

Raph and Gina

Raph and Gina are an interesting pair

They fight a lot which is mainly caused by their clashing views

Ultimately they ended up having feelings for each other which neither could really accept

But after some time it just happened

Gina will typically be very teasing towards Raph while he goes off at her like an angry bird on steroids

But they enjoy each others company and are glad to be together knowing that they’re an unstoppable duo in combat

Donnie and Lia

They’re relationship first began when Donnie noticed the potions Lia used in combat

Lia doesn’t really know the science behind them but has a system to know how to use them

But when Donnie noticed their abilities he wanted to spend every moment studying them and their chemical properties

Donnie, being Donnie, was very awkward in discovering his feelings while Lia just lived with it

Donnie’s mainly the brains of the two while Lia adds her chaotic, impulsive nature

They’re both very expressive and make they’re feelings pretty obvious

But they can both be completely oblivious which prevents them from taking things a step further

Thankfully with a little push from their siblings the two got together although it was a painfully long process

Mikey and Mira

These two are a prime example of opposites attract

We’ve all seen the girls Mikey has crushed on previously, he likes someone fierce and strong like Mira

She holds him down when he becomes too much and he loosens her up when she’s being too uptight

They balance each other out, and while Mira may be cold to him at first it’s simply her way of hiding how much she adores him

Well, it seems like the majority of you want to see some Trolls content so I’m officially opening up requests for Trolls. I will be editing my pinned post so be sure to check it out to see who and what I’m willing to write.

I’ve been recently hyper-fixating on the Trolls franchise, particularly the new movie, and it has lead me to wonder if I should start opening requests for it. The characters I was mainly thinking of writing for are John Dory, Clay, Floyd, Trollex, Prince D and maybe Veneer. I might also consider other characters if requested such as Viva, Poppy, Branch, Bruce, Velvet etc.

What do you think, should I make this an option?

Okay hear me out. What if the tmnt brothers married their S/O? Would they take their partners last name or would they want their partner to take their last name? Or would they wanna invent a new last name (since that's surprisingly a thing)?

Choose A Name

This was honestly pretty interesting to think about. It kind of fell into a pattern that I only noticed when I finished. But I promise it’s just my general opinion on the matter. Also sorry if these headcanons are a little shorter I couldn’t think of a lot to say. When it comes to the version this is based around its pretty flexible although I pictured it more like 2012. But it can be interpreted for just about any TMNT variant.

Leo

I feel like he’d most likely keep his name while you change yours to his.

If you want to keep your name he’d understand and wouldn’t push you.

Ultimately he doesn’t want to abandon his Hamato heritage and changing his surname might feel like that in a way.

It might be a bit of an argument at first if he gets a bit too bossy with it.

But in the end he doesn’t mind whether you keep your name or take his, although he would prefer being able to call you a Hamato.

Raph

If I’m being honest it probably wasn’t a big deal at first.

Neither of you really thought about what your surnames would be until Mikey decided to bring it up.

Now it’s a huge deal.

Neither of you care too much about who takes whose name, the trouble is choosing between you two.

After what could have been ages of stressful thinking you two eventually settle on making your own surname since you couldn’t choose between each other.

Donnie

He’s had this planned out for months now.

You can no longer fit a lot of people in the lab because he has a giant vision board taking up half the space.

You could take his last name but what if you don’t want to leave your old name behind? He might take your name but he doesn’t want to leave behind his surname. Or you could make a new surname but what would it even be???

It’s going to get to a point where you’ll just have to break his door down and drag him out of the lab.

You just chose to take his last name since in your mind the surname Hamato was nice and works with your name well.

Mikey

He never really thought it about it and when he had to he was pretty chill.

He’ll take your name, his name, any name.

He just wants to get married.

When it comes down to it you’ll probably make a new name together.

And we all know Mikey loves naming things.

Romance Headcanons Pt. 1

This is going to be the first part of two different romance headcanons to help decide which of the TMNT boys the girls are better with. Anyone can feel free to let me know their preference once I post the second part with their non-character match. For those looking for some more x reader content rn, feel free to imagine this as headcanons of the turtles with a reader that matches their personality.

Leo and Gina

Training together all the time

It’s almost like a rivalry where they both want to take charge and make all the decisions

Definitely fighting for who gets to say the heroic leader lines

Lots of playful banter, especially when in battle

When they first met it was like an ongoing war to prove who was the better leader

Leo’s also pretty insecure and is always showing off his fighting skills in hopes he’ll impress Gina and maybe earn some praise

In the end Leo accepts the fact that they’re both great leaders and enjoys working by her side

Raph and Mira

He’s pretty aggressive at first and doesn’t exactly trust her (who can blame him)

After several sweet moments of bonding the two eventually get more comfortable with each other

Soon enough they’re basically each others therapists

Due to their equally forceful fighting styles it’s easy for the two to work through their anger by sparring together

Will rant to each other constantly

Are always looking out for each other during fights

If one of them is in danger the other is ready run in and kick ass

Donnie and Sadie

As the two smartest people out of both teams it only makes sense that they would talk to each other

Instantly clicked over the most random topics that none of the others could understand

An intellectual power couple undoubtedly

Although couple is a strong word to use with Donnie’s anxiety

Definitely have cute moments of exchanging gadgets

Maybe even a time where Donnie tries on Sadie’s glasses and she tries on his goggles

Neither exactly fit but it was worth a shot

It’s going to be pretty obvious they like each other from them fawning over the smallest things the other one does

But they’re still completely oblivious to the other’s feelings making the situation twice as painful

Mikey and Lia

What happens when you put a loose canon with a crackhead? Pure, utter chaos

The second they met it was like fireworks colliding in the sky

There is not a moment of peace I promise you that

Both are extremely affectionate with each other so it’s never quite clear wether the situation is platonic or romantic

Mikey is just floating on clouds without a single thought of how he or she might feel

Meanwhile Lia knows how she feels and is desperately trying to let Mikey know in every possible way

Despite this, the two make an incredible team, especially when it comes to pranks

No water balloon shall go un-thrown

To answer what you asked, I wasn’t thinking too hard about the genders but an all girls team to counterbalance the all boys group could be cool! And for romantic/platonic, I was thinking either platonic with their personality match or romantic with anyone but their personality match, like an opposites attract thing? (You can decide the pairings if you want to go down the romantic route but honestly I leave most of the feeling gearing to you! I hope this is fun since you said you loved the idea :)))

2012 TMNT x Female Human Team

Hello, sorry for not posting in a while a lot has been going on for me lately. Chances are I’ll be posting more stuff around this story in the future since I have a few ideas in mind that I want to explore later on. I’ve listed two different love interest under each character description, their character match and a non-character match. I couldn’t resist looking into what it might look like and now I’m torn. My plan is to post headcanons on the different character’s relationships and try to figure out which one works best. Before getting into the individual characters I want to give some background information. I’m still developing their backstory but this is what I have so far.

The girls were abducted by aliens known as Elzydes when they were babies. After roughly ten years of living in captivity they escaped together. Unable to track down any family, the girls stuck together on the streets of New York. They continued to stay hidden from the Elzydes and did their best to protect people from harm so no one knew of the aliens existence.

Five years later and the Elzydes began to send monsters down to earth to extract humans and take them to their ship. The girls were tracking one down to destroy it late at night and it just so happened to be attacking the turtles. The female team saved the turtles and destroyed the monster. After some explanation the two teams decided to join forces to take down earths next big threat.

Again, this is a work in progress. Now, without further ado, here are the four team members.

Gina

Age: 15

Hello! I was wondering if you’d do a request of the 2012 turtles meeting a human team of four that’s almost exactly like them? (Eg. The tech kid, easily angered one, their [maybe unofficial?] leader and their cinnamon roll?)

In my head, I pictured them coming into contact after the turtles get into danger that they’re unable to escape from, and that’s when the team of four comes in, but you can decide if you want!

(Bonus of Splinter meets them and is shocked that there’s another group out there that’s literally almost a carbon copy of his sons :D)

Hi! Sorry for not posting in so long, I’ve been really busy the past month. I also want to apologise, there was another Bayverse request in my inbox but I must of accidentally deleted it since I can’t find it anymore. If the person who sent me it wants to re-request it feel free to do so. Now, I decided to not really do headcanons for this one but I wouldn’t call them oneshots either. They’re more like mini-scenarios. Anyway, with that all out the way please enjoy.

Leonardo

I was just in the lair sharpening my katanas when I noticed Y/N sit down next to me. “Mikey becoming too much for you?” “Nah, I’m just tired and don’t feel like skateboarding right now.” They pulled out their phone and began doing something on it but I couldn’t see what. I decided to just focus on my blades since I was losing concentration. After a moment or two I heard the sweet sound of Y/N laughing and turned to see them smiling at some video. I couldn’t help but let my gaze linger for a moment, they were so pretty and calm I couldn’t look away. Y/N must of realised that I had stopped sharpening my swords since they looked over to me curiously. I immediately fixed my eyes on something away from them but I knew it was too late and I’d already been caught. “You do realise you’re staring at mouldy pizza right?” Yup, caught red handed. “Well I mean mouldy pizza can be interesting. Anything can hold a story. You never know this pizza could’ve been through amazing things, lived an incredible life.” “Ah yes an incredible life of slowly dying on a sewer floor.” We laughed together for a moment before Y/N decided to lie their head on my arm and smiled with their eyes glued to their phone. “You know if want to stare at me you can. I do it to you all the time.” “Heh, thanks… wait what?”

Raphael

I swear sometimes my brothers piss me off too much! It was late in the evening and I was beating up a punching bag to let out my rage. I was so focused on hitting the thing that I didn’t realise Y/N had walked in. They leaned against the wall and just looked at me. I stopped what I was doing and turned to face them. “What is it?” “I was just waiting for you to finish up.” “Why? You want to use it?” “I’d appreciate it.” I smirked and stepped aside as Y/N walked up to the punching bag, this was going to be interesting. I was surprised when they began to land pretty tough punches on it. “Wow, who got you so riled up?” They leaned back and rolled their shoulders. “Just an annoying co-worker, don’t worry about it.” They then threw their jacket onto the floor and continued to beat up the punching bag. As they went at it I kept wanting to look at them, their face and arms, eyes, lips… I shook my head and blinked a bit when I saw Y/N staring right back at me. “Is there something you want to tell me or…?” “Uh I think I hear Donnie calling me, I gotta go.” With that, I ran off. All I could do was hope they didn’t read too much into it.

Donatello

I thought it would just be another long night in the lab. I had been spending the night working on a few adjustments to my computers. Some of them were glitching and one had stopped working completely so I was trying to fix them up asap. I figured I’d be alone the whole night since everyone seemed to have already gone to bed but I was proven wrong when I felt a tap on my shoulder. “Agh! Oh Y/N, it’s just you. Wait, Y/N! What are you doing here this late?” “Well I was spending the night studying alone but I got bored, and knowing you I knew you’d still be up and awake in your lab.” “I suppose that makes sense.” I slid my chair to the side slightly and gestured for them to grab the free one I had sitting in the corner. They pulled the chair up next to me and sat down. “Oh, and apologies for not knocking. You didn’t answer before and when I peeked through you seemed so involved in your work that I didn’t want to disturb you too much.” “Not a problem. So, were you wanting to study or join me in my computer repairs.” “I figured I could just study while you do your thing, I was just desperate for some company.” “Understandable. I’ll just get back to this and feel free to ask me if you need any help with your studies.” “Of course. Thank you Donnie.” I grabbed a few of my tools and got back to work as Y/N began researching stuff on their laptop, looking through books and writing notes down. I looked over to them and noticed the way their face scrunched up at certain things, how they seemed so hyper focused on whatever they were typing. They were simply a sight to behold. My thoughts were cut short when Y/N sent me a curious smile. “What?” I figured I must have been staring and gave an awkward laugh, looking away to the computer I was currently fidgeting with. “Nothing.” Soon enough I heard the sound of books closing and felt a heavy weight slump onto my shoulder. “I know I should be heading home right now but I think it’ll be ok if I’m a little late to class tomorrow.” “Goodnight, sleeping beauty.” “Night, turtle boy.”

Michelangelo

I was bored, and I mean really bored. Nothing was happening! Leo and Raph were training together and Donnie was locked up in his lab again. April was busy with Casey, Master Splinter was meditating. I was so close to giving up on everything when a voice filled the air. “Oh guys! Guess what I brought?” I snapped my head around only to find my gorgeous Y/N standing happily with a stack of pizza boxes in their hands. I ran over to them but before I could grab a box they pulled the pizza away from me. “Uh excuse me! You’ll be waiting for your brothers before laying a hand on this pizza.” “Ugh! But everyone else is already busy. I’ll just take a few boxes and be on my way, pretty please?” They gave me a deadpanned look. “Mmm no.” “Well then…” I stepped back and readied myself. “I’ll just have to take it by force.” I lunged at Y/N picking them up and pulling the pizza out of their grasp. “Mikey, put me down!” “Mmm no” “Michelangelo Hamato I swear to god!” They proceeded to grab my face and get close enough to the point their nose touched my snout. “If you don’t put me down safely and hand over that pizza this instant I will beat you up with your own weapons, understood?” I wanted to make some sort of witty comeback but as I looked into their eyes I found myself at a loss for words. I knew they couldn’t really beat me and they knew it too but the determined look on their face was so adorable I wanted to just let them. After a little while I felt something hard flick my forehead. “Ow! What!?” “You zoned out dummy.” “Hey I’m not a dummy! You’re the dummy.” “You sure?” “Uh huh.” “Turn around.” I twisted my head to the side and noticed that all the pizza was gone! I looked back to Y/N only to be met with a fist to the face. But to see their cute face up close it was totally worth it.

Raphael

It had been movie night at the lair

You fell a sleep halfway through out of boredom since it was the same movie from the last two nights

April had gone home when the movie ended and the others went to their rooms but when Raph got up to leave he noticed you still laying on the couch

At first he panicked not entirely sure on what to do in the moment

He thought about picking you up and carrying you home but considered all the complications of doing so and decided against it

He thought about taking you to his room but the second the thought crossed his mind he threw it away

There was no way he’d do that without your permission

He could just leave you there but you might wake up uncomfortable

But he didn’t want to wake you since you looked so peaceful

Eventually he got over his worries and tried nudging you awake while whispering your name

He freaked out when you began to toss and turn thinking that he disturbed you to much

Imagine his surprise when you rolled onto your side and began making grabby hands at him

He blushed and asked what you were doing

Cuddles Are you sure you don’t want me to take you home? Mmm too tired, just want cuddles. Do you maybe want to go somewhere more comfortable? Nooo just give me a hug!

He eventually caved and lifted you up

He got comfortable on the couch and placed you on his plastron

He didn’t want to crush you

Eventually you two ended up on your sides facing each other with you snuggled into the crook of Raph’s neck and him with his arms around you protectively

No one bothered either of you until Splinter came running in wanting to watch tv in peace

Poor Raph was so embarrassed after that, his brothers would never let him hear the end of it

Leonardo

It happened when you two decided to do a Jupiter Jim marathon

Leo had invited you over to the lair since his brothers were all busy and you two spent the whole day watching movies together

Everything was going okay and the last movie was nearly done when Leo felt a sudden weight on his shoulder

All it took was a slight turn to see your head lying calmly on his shoulder

His heart rate increased tenfold

But he didn’t want to miss the opportunity so he just went with it

After a few minutes though there had been a loud sound effect from the movie

Leo was worried it would wake you up and it did, partially

He was disappointed when he felt your head leave his shoulder but was surprised when he turned around and found you reaching out to him making grabby hands

He took a moment to take in exactly what you were doing

Once it all registered he began to blush and laugh quietly

It was the most adorable thing he’d ever seen

However his laugh was cut short when you grabbed his face and slammed your forehead against his

Quit laughing and cuddle me, now. Pfft I’m sorry, what? You heard me, cuddles. Now!

That’s all it took to convince him

Leo smiled as you wrapped your arms around his neck and sat slumped on your knees on his legs

He slid back slightly for ultimate comfortability and held you close

As you two cuddled he began to go over every piece of blackmail he had on his brothers just in case any of them happened to find you two on the couch

But despite that thought in the back of his mind he knew this was going to be some of the best sleep he’d had in ages

Donatello

Out of all the brothers Donnie was the least prepared for this

I mean of course he’s always planning and preparing and has just about every possible scenario listed in his head for whenever you two hang out

But there’s no way he’d ever imagine that you would try, scratch that, want to cuddle with him

It had been a quiet night at the lair

The only reason you had come over was because your watch was broken and you needed Donnie to fix it before your parents found out

He had of course warned you that it may take hours for him to get the thing back into shape but you reassured him it would be fine

After what felt like ages of mindlessly looking at your phone you eventually passed out on the couch

Donnie left his lab to give you your newly repaired watch and sighed as he was met with the sight of you calmly passed out on the couch

He walked over and picked up your phone which had carelessly fallen onto the floor

Thankfully it wasn’t broken but Donnie did decide to place it somewhere safe along with your watch

When he turned around to figure out what to do with you he was confused to be met with your hands reaching out to him

Uh Y/N what are you doing? I want cuddles. I-I’m sorry what, cuddles? Yesss. You want to cuddle with me? No I want to hug a porcupine. But there aren’t any- Come here!

Donnie didn’t even have time to react as you pulled him down onto the couch

He fell on top of you and didn’t really know how to act from there

He tried shifting to one side slightly and quickly grabbed you as you nearly fell off

With your back facing him, Donnie hesitantly wrapped his arms around your waist deciding that there was no way out of this now

Leo had found you two snuggled into each other when he left his room for a glass of water

He’d be showing everyone the photos he got of you two in the morning

Michelangelo

Mikey had invited you over for a simple baking session

It went smoothly

That was until you two had a food fight in the kitchen

Flour and eggs went everywhere

Splinter made you both clean it all up which took hours and left you feeling exhausted

It was cupcakes that you were making but they’d take a while longer to bake so you both decided to chill on the couch

It had only been minutes, mere minutes after the two of you sat down and Mikey already noticed your body hunched over with your head in the palm of your hand, your elbow propped up by the armrest

He was about to do something when the timer for the cupcakes went off

He immediately dashed to get them out of the oven and onto a tray to cool down, choosing to leave you alone for the time being

When he came back your body began to turn and soon enough your back was slightly draped over the armrest as your head and arms appeared to be upside down

Mikey smiled and blushed from the cute face you made at him and he got more excited as you lifted your arms up to make grabby hands at him

Mikeyyyy I need cuddles! Aww, sure thing Y/N! You finished the cookies right? Yup all done. Good.

He gushed over the sight and immediately ran to scoop you into the biggest hug of your life

He flopped backwards onto the couch with you still in his arms and happily held you close without a care as to who found you two in the morning

Rise Turtles Pining for Reader

Originally I was going to do both Bayverse and Rottmnt but I wrote this pretty late and couldn’t come up with many ideas for Bayverse. Anyway, hope you enjoy!

Raphael

I feel like Raph is the kind of person to act casual around his crush and then freak out later

He’ll get excited around you and try to show you extra care

He’s also going to be very worried for your safety

If you had plans to go over to the lair and end up being 10 minutes late he’s already picturing the worst

Raph does try show off his muscle and strength sometimes

Particularly if you watch him train it’s a huge confidence boost

But his favourite moments are when you get to watch him win against one of his brothers while sparring

Oh come on you totally cheated. Sorry Leo rules are rules. That was awesome Raph! O-oh Y/N! Thanks.

He is a gentle giant so you can expect fairly small hand gestures

Hands clasped, arms crossed maybe a small wave

And of course he’s giving out the best hugs of all time

While he may be pretty chill about his feelings, if you flirt with him it will have him a flustered mess

I’m talking you won’t be able to tell his face from his mask

At the end of the day he just really wants you to like him and will always be there for you

Oh boy, here we go

The second Leo realised he liked you there was no more peace

You won’t get a single moment alone because this boy will just be everywhere

He’ll try every pick-up line he can think of and will find any excuse to flirt with you

The guy has no shame because he makes it look like a joke

While Leo might act confident on the outside if you try to flirt back with him his heart will instantly melt

But he’d never show it of course, he’s too cool for that

He is also a complete drama queen so his hand gestures are naturally large

Lots of pointing, pretending to faint, open arms, you get the idea

However Leo might also use smaller hand gestures when he’s feeling nervous or guilty

He might be twiddling with his thumbs or rubbing his arm with his hand

Another important thing to note is that he loves to show off

He’s got fighting moves, skateboard tricks, video game scores, comic collections and more

He loves you, wants you and will let you know loud and clear that he’s in love

But he’s only “kidding”

Donatello

Donnie is far more reserved in comparison to Leo

He also has a very complicated idea of what he wants

He wants you to know he likes you without you knowing he likes you

That being said there are a lot of different ways to tell if Donnie is pining for you

He’ll feel more comfortable with you in his lab vs others

Lots of gifts and is always free for whatever favour you need

You can expect to be given more privileges around his tech

But that’s also because he wants to impress you with it

He might also make small comments to hint he likes you

What were you thinking!? Ah but you see my sweet beautiful Y/N, he wasn’t thinking. Donnie quit flirting with your girlfriend and come save me! Not my girlfriend…*whispers* yet.

He’s the kind of person who will admire from afar and won’t try to get super close physically

Although if he’s really excited then he may give you a hug or two

His hands are usually closer to himself as well

Arms crossed, hand on hip, very generic and nothing that’s too out there

Hand flaps all the way

And you can bet that after every moment you two have he’ll be in his lab celebrating like there’s no tomorrow

Because a dancing Donnie is a happy Donnie

Michelangelo

Mikey just goes with the flow

Wait he likes you! Oh well, time to show tons of love and affection

It’s hard to tell if he likes you or not because he acts the same way around everyone else

Lots of physical affection, big hugs, warm smiles, hand holding

One unique thing you might be able to nitpick at though is his kisses

That’s right, Mikey will constantly be kissing your forehead or cheek if he gets the chance

You’re also one of his biggest inspirations

The amount of times this turtle will tell you to hold your pose so he can sketch it

He wants you to understand that to him you’re beautiful and inspiring

Compliments are another big thing for Mikey

He won’t stop telling you how pretty, smart and cute he thinks you are

Hey Y/N do you mind standing right there for a second? Uh sure another drawing? Yup! Sorry you’re just so pretty I can’t stop drawing you. Thanks Mikey that’s really sweet.

Mikey’s hand gestures, I think we can all agree, are big
