free health care is a good idea but I don't think it goes far enough.
I think the government should subsidize certain treatments, like HRT. like, if you break your leg and need a cast, that's 0$, but if you need estridiol, the government pays you 50,000$ a year.
This'd have two main effects:
it'd help counteract how crap it is to be trans sometimes
it'd tempt otherwise cis men into going on e just for the money.
I foresee no negative side effects to this policy and I think you should all vote for me to be president so I can implement it

Bugfixes:
- Trans people can no longer abuse the HRT system by overdosing
- Fixed an issue where trans men couldn't be lesbian
- Trans men will no longer be banned for saying "tranny"
- The HRT system should now affect the voices of trans women
- Fixed issues with accessing the Health system when not a binary gender
Nerfs:
- Men are 20% weaker than before
- The "TERF" status effect is far more punishing
Buffs:
- Driving skill for women has improved by 30%
- Average starting salary when playing as a woman has been increased
