Views on the Holocaust comparative to the Hellacaust

There can be no doubt in the mind that of course, the Holocaust was terrible. Utterly terrible. However. After discussing with my friends, it became clear that they offer sympathy for those effected by it. When I asked them which they thought more severe: the persecution of a religious group, or ; the persecution based on skin colour, both replied saying the first was worse. - not in exactly those words. Personally, persecution of anybody, let alone a group of people - no matter their background- is insidious. It would be hard to draw a straight comparison between the two, as both have different factors to be taken into account, ie visibility. The treatment of black people throughout history is sickening, incomparable really. Yes, what has happened to Jewish people throughout history is bad too, there is no escaping that, but to say one is worse than the other, there is a clear picture to which group has had a worse persecution. Black people could never choose which skin colour they received as a child, a Jewish person makes that conscious choice to follow their religion. Jewish people were persecuted extensively throughout the 20th century, when compared to the suffering of black people however, there are many different centuries to choose from, even currently. I've already said, no doubt what happened to the Jews was terrible, yet, I find myself questioning this one minute detail; if either of them were black, would they feel the same?

I am so proud of young voters

so labour didn’t win majority. but we robbed the tories of it. because of the young voters turning out for corbyn, we have a hung parliament. theresa is under pressure to resign. we did something. we showed them that we aren’t to be underestimated. 

if you voted to keep the tories out, you changed history. you did it, and i’m so proud of you. thank you for caring. 

Just posted my first tumblr post, quite depressing, however, I'd hate for anybody to feel as horrible as I do currently. Its not easy dealing with mental illness matters, believe me, I've been there/currently am there. It's dark. The thoughts that congregate within one's self, I would not have thought possible amongst people, yet I find myself in this situation. It's not my mantra to be this person, nor is it to blame others for these issues, however, when it is somebody who has a negative impact on your emotional state of mind, then by all means(my situation) . Volatility of the mind and instability make things a lot harder to process, or even rationally reason, adding more turmoil into an already messed up mind, and, I do wonder if it gets any easier. So far, that has proved not to happen. If anybody is struggling too, message me, maybe we can resolve each other's heads a bit, I mean, my mind is like a jigsaw, but, hopefully yours is too, and two pieces can fit together. (not in a weird way either!)

Do I deserve anything? Does my voice matter? Do I even matter? These questions roam my mind every single day, it gets harder with every thought. Am I selfish? Self loathing? Depressed? Probably. But, when the cause is not your own, does it seem that way? Not so much. I wish I could find solace in something to take these feelings away, yet, there seems like no room to breathe, no hope, solace, or will. Not anymore. Self reflecting, i don't always feel like this, these thought are occasionally here, so what is it that distracts me from them? Simply those 1st questions being answered. When someone make you feel all of those, like you matter, that you will be heard and that you deserve that person being around you, with them having interests in you. People can help people, it doesn't always have to be physically, mental help is the greatest you can receive, imo. Peace, love and happiness to you all.
