7 days. That's it, one (1) week, and you will start to notice little changes. Your jaw will be slimmer, your clothes will fit a little looser, you hands will slim, your cankles will be smaller, your shoes will be bigger, getting into the car will be easier.
While all of these changes will be very subtle at 7 days, they will be noticeable to you.

One thing I've noticed about starv1ng, is that it numbs me emotionally. When I haven't eaten, I can't even muster up the energy it takes to cry, or feel upset, or get angry. I feel nothing at all. It's like there's some kind of fog that falls over my brain, almost like a blanket. Then as soon as I eat again, it's like all the emotions come crashing back and all those feelings resurface again. I've realised I don't only starve to just lose weight anymore. I crave that peace of mind, that the numbing brings me. It's oddly comforting.

In case anyone else is here, I have something to say to you. If you've gotten off track, especially severely off track, please read! It's gonna be ok. Whether you gained a couple lbs or 10 or even more, that isn't going to stop you. All it can do is slow you down. You are stronger than you know, and it'll be ok. Just do your best, take it slow (or jump straight in if that's how you work) and you'll get back in time. I know how much it sucks to relose weight you've already lost, especially a significant amount, but it's possible and the only way to make progress is to start. So start!
