It's a sunday and tmrw Mark's exactly half way thru November, hubby only works a princess shift today and I'm feeling pretty good, I'm gunna go extra hard on my workout and then probably clean up the living room and sun room and then... kick start my self care routine so that I can start getting stuff together more. I think a lil piece of my brain developed since my 20th bday is in january and it's pretty nice I think I'm finally starting to heal from all the people in my past. This upcoming year is gunna be nice.

Hw: 230lbs / 104.5kg
Cw: 189lbs / 86.4kg
Gw1: 175lbs / 79.5kg
Ugw: 143lbs / 65kg
5'3 and my current BMI is 💀 32.4 smh
But today I'll be logging all of my calories to see around what I'm eating in a day, on a bad day so I know where to go from there, as well as starting an exercise/ stretching routine since I wanna try to stay lean but not super toned if that makes any sense? I'm gunna look into some vintage-y workouts since itll be less machines and weights
