"I want to be a billionaire so freakin' bad" as quoted from the popular Bruno Mars song. The issue of this day and age is that everyone feels like they deserve everything simply due to the fact that they are breathing. They want to be billionaires, they want to have the perfect body, they want to be a happy and peaceful person, and they actually feel like they deserve it, like yesterday. Yes, you do deserve it, if you put in the work. Show me your calendar and let's see how much of your time is dedicated to what you say you desire and deserve so bad. Anddddd lol if by chance someone tells them to be realistic or that they have not earned it (yet), then oh mannnnn, their ego wants to hear nothing of it. Peace and happiness are not free, my friends... they must be earned! Do you want to put in the inner work to transform your (1st) inner state and consequently (2nd) your external world? The Founder's Club is accepting applications for the next 6 days. Visit the link in the bio and shoot us a DM to see if you qualify. It's game time, homies! . . . . #talkmeditation #innerwork #innerwrk #subconsciousmind #subconscious #peace #personaldevelopment #personaldevelopmentcoach #spirituality #getunstuck #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthawarenessmonth #selflove #meditation #corebeliefs #emotionalintelligence #intuition #corevalues #coaching #inspire #motivationalposts #motivation #happiness #notfree #vinittalsania #inspirationalquotes #motivationalquotes #quoteoftheday https://www.instagram.com/p/CdePtoJunpn/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

I MADE IT 🏆 ...didn't I? 🤔 I was blessed to have great parents who literally gave me the world. They not only provided the best for my sisters and me, but they also gave us what I didn't realize I would need the most: DIRECTION 🎯 The opportunity to question and experiment if indeed we were heading in the right direction is something so valuable yet it is overlooked in traditional western thinking and in societies that focus heavily on external achievements. Question: If your car is moving at 100 mph, does that mean you are getting closer to your destination? No. Because you could be going in reverse and so in actuality, you would be moving further away from where you needed to go. Speed is great, and trust me, I'm a lover of going fast, but until we have the right direction, speed can actually be hurting us. So what is the right direction and how does one ensure they are moving closer to their goal, not further away? I could easily say that the right direction can be found in Holy books like the Bible, Quran, Bhagawad Gita, etc, and in a way, that would not be wrong. But just by reading something, does not mean we are going to follow it and it does not mean that we will completely imbibe it when faced with real-life decisions. At most, these books can inspire us. The right direction will have to come from within you, from your own introspection, contemplation, and meditation. Sometimes it will come by going in the wrong direction for a while and realizing that you made a mistake. It will come from your own realizations of what is truly important in life and what investment of your time will yield the best results. There is no cookie-cutter right direction, despite popular belief. If you want to realize something faster, take faster risks, make faster mistakes, and get back up faster. Then you will surely reach the destination faster. As the saying goes, "There is no such thing as free lunch". The work must be done by you. There is no way around it. . . . . . #goingfast #rightdirection #meditation #life #direction #inspirationmondays #makemistakes #motivation #lifehacks #introspection #goslowtogofast #trueguru #philosophy #innerwork #qotd (at Kapaa, Hawaii) https://www.instagram.com/p/Ccx7ALgu9mp/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

A better question to ask me is not what I want to have, be, and do in the future but rather what I see and what I feel is going to take place. When you’re living a life that is surrendered, your wants and desires become secondary compared to what GOD, GURU, The Universe, a Higher Power, etc have planned for you. For whatever reason (probably because the ego is surrendered and the Soul is able to experience more of its true, blissful self) but you can actually live a happier life when you feel and experience that Someone else out there has my back and is looking after me all the time. Not only are they looking out for me but they have planned everything several steps ahead of time to ensure that I am taken care of. It’s a great feeling and probably something similar to what we all experienced when we were children, when we literally had full faith and trust in our parents for our every need. It would be funny, at that age especially, to have your own list of wants and desires for your life. Similarly, when we are being guided by a higher power, it’s almost foolish that we have our own agenda and insistence that this is how I need my life to pan out. Like nature that is perfect because it is fully surrendered to its Mother, let us learn to be happy to simply be alive and play an extremely tiny part in this galaxy 🪐. A great book on this topic is called “The Surrender Experiment” by Michael A. Singer. A link to his book can be found in my bio. . . . . #surrender #surrenderexperiment #michaelasinger #faith #trust #personaldevelopment #lifehack #happiness #spirituality #guru #vision #hawaii #solotravel #kauai #napalicoast #beach #hiking #nature (at Nā Pali Coast State Park) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cck5WHcub9j/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Yes, I am ❤️
Often we forget that what we seek from another or from the outside, is actually already present within us.
The basic principle to remember here is that there is no energy or emotion that can be obtained from the outside, that is not already inside of us.
We often feel that we need an external person to trigger that inner emotion, but where does that emotion reside and where are YOU experiencing it. Inside of yourself, right?
In the business, it is understood that one will try to cut out the middle man to obtain more profits for oneself. Likewise, if we learn to cut out the "middle man" for the emotion of love, by learning to access it directly from within ourselves, we too will receive increased "profits".
We live in a world where we are social beings and we need each and every person to make our lives work. Interdependency is not a weakness, but actually just a truth of life.
Despite this, in the realm of our minds and emotions, we are actually Kings of our own Kingdoms. We are the Suns of our own Solar Systems. We are the Gods of our own Universes.
May all beings be in love always 🥰.

Eckhart Tolle On Parenting
Tumblr media
Via 'A New Earth' by Eckhart Tolle
What is more, the role playing identity remains in place long after the need for those particular functions has passed. Parents then cannot let go of being a parent even when the child grows into an adult. They can't let go of the need to be needed by their child. Even when the adult child is forty years old, parents can't let go of the notion "I know what's best for you." The role of parent is still being played compulsively, and so there is no authentic relationship. Parents define themselves by that role and are unconsciously afraid of loss of identity when they cease being parents. If their desire to control or influence the actions of their adult child is thwarted - as it usually is - they will start to criticize or show their disapproval, or try to make the child feel guilty, all in an unconscious attempt to preserve their role, their identity. On the surface it looks as if they were concerned about their child, and they themselves believe it, but they are only really concerned about preserving their role-identity. All egoic motivations are self-enhancements and self-interest, sometimes cleverly disguised, even from the person in whom the ego operated. A mother or father who identifies with the parental role may also try to become more complete through their children. The ego's need to manipulate others into filling the sense of lack it continuously feels is then directed toward them. If the most unconscious assumptions and motivations behind the parent's compulsion to manipulate their children were made conscious and voiced, they would probably include some or all of the following: "I want you to achieve what I never achieved; I want you to be somebody in the eyes of the world, so that I too can be somebody through you. Don't disappoint me. I sacrificed so much for you. My disapproval of you is intended to make you feel so guilty and uncomfortable that you finally conform to my wishes. And it goes without saying that I know what's best for you. I love you and I will continue to love you if you do what I know is right for you.' If your parents are doing this to you, do not tell them they are unconscious and in the grip of the ego. That will likely make them even more unconscious, because the ego will take up a defense position. It is enough for you to recognize that it is the ego in them, that it is not who they are. Egoic patterns, even long-standing ones, sometimes dissolve almost miraculously when you don't oppose them internally. Opposition only gives them renewed strength. But even if they don't, you can then accept your parents' behavior with compassion, without needing to react to it, that is to say, without personalizing it. Be aware also of your own unconscious assumptions or expectations that lie behind your old, habitual reactions to them. "My parents should approve of what I do. They should understand me and accept me for who I am." Really? Why should they? The fact is they don't because they can't. Their evolving consciousness hasn't made the quantum leap to the level of awareness yet. They are not yet able to dis-identify from their role.

What Is Love, Really
Tumblr media
In plain and simple language, what is the difference between a random female/male and a girlfriend/boyfriend/spouse? The one and only difference is the fact that in a love relationship, both parties know that the other has their best interest at heart. You may have expectations that sometimes the other may not meet and it creates anger towards them, but in the end, you are aware of your highest commitment to them; the one of always wanting their best interest. It is not an easy thing, but it is the thing that makes being in a relationship so attractive. Both parties know that, in the end, we know they will always do their best to do what is in our best interest. And because we know this, we can feel safe with the other person, we feel that we can be ourselves around them, we feel we want to do our best to also look after the other person's best interest, and all these combine into one word: we feel that we really do "love" this person.
Love, however mysterious, actually quite simple.

Help A Stranger
Tumblr media
Life is nothing but giving and receiving. Whatever you give, comes back to you in whatever capacity it can. There is no secret to this. You give and you get - that is the nature of the world. Though the acts of giving may be the same, what you get back in return is dependent on the capacity of the object which you gave to. For example, if you help a stranger, you get a friend. Help a business, you get a job (money). Help your parents, you get food and shelter. Help your girlfriend, you get a kiss (and maybe more!). Help the poor, you get gratitude. Help the ill, you get compassion(ate). Help a child, you get a smile. Help your spouse, you get love. Help a University, get a degree. Help facebook friends, you get a "Like". Help yourself, you get greed(y), you get an ego. Help a Self Realized Guru, you get your Soul.

The Fear Of Rejection
Tumblr media
There is no such thing as the Fear of Rejection; the fear is of not getting what we want. Actually, there is no such thing as the Fear Of Not Getting What We Want; the fear is of being alone. Actually, there is no such thing as the Fear of Being Alone; the fear is of being with oneself. Actually, there is no such thing as the Fear of Being With Oneself; the fear is of not knowing who oneself actually is. Actually, there is no such thing as the Fear Of Not Knowing Who Oneself Actually Is; the fear is of THINKING we don't know who We actually are. Actually, there is no such thing as the Fear Of Thinking We Don't Know Who We Actually Are.
Because in Reality there is NO fear, there is NO darkness. It's ALL Love, it's ALL Light. Our eyes are just closed at the moment. And so we think...

Three Mile Donut
The two not-so-magical secrets of losing weight are to eat less and to move more. For most people, it's easier to eat a little less than to move a little more.
Consider the Three Mile Donut. If we strapped on our track shoes, plugged in our iPod, and walked as quickly as possible for 30 to 40 minutes, we'd cover no more than three heart-pounding miles - at the very most. Now, suppose after catching our breath we realized we were standing in front of Dunkin Donuts. If we celebrated our workout with a Dunkin Donuts coffee and a chocolate frosted donut (360 calories), we would polish off more calories in a minute than the 275 calories we burned off to get there. Exercise should be an important part of everyone's life for its health and fitness benefits. But when it comes to weight control, most of us will probably find it easier to eat one less donut than to walk three more miles.

Right and Wrong
There is no such thing as "right" and "wrong". You can't search the dictionary and find a list of the rights and wrongs of the universe. The universe hasn't pre-labled some things as good, and other things as bad. But rights and wrongs do exist so who is labeling them? You do; your mind does. And every time it labels something as "bad" and we believe it to be a Universal Truth, we automatically create opposition within ourselves. We create our own stress when our mind opposes Reality. We trade inner peace for the mind to have the feeling of being right.
