Summary:
Namra points soundlessly, moving her finger towards and away her own lip so he can see.
It’s the first time she’s ever acknowledged him. He’s transfixed.
‘Blood,’ her pink lips move to mouth.
Startled, Suhyeok pats his finger against his own lips, pulling it back to confirm that, indeed, he is bleeding.
“I, uh,” he stumbles, still staring at her with wide-eyes. “Fighting. I got it… from a fight,” he says the latter weakly, and gives a thumbs-up to prove that he’s perfectly fine.
(Or, It takes Suhyeok a bit too long to realize he’s friends with Bad People.)

Namra thinks about it, and thinks about it. Suhyeok probably wouldn’t like to write her a love letter. She knows he detested anything that had to do with writing. He hated essays with a burning passion, often groaning about the influx of essays for that one literature class they had in their freshman year. That semester, she spent a good amount of her time going through his essays with her red felt-tip.
She didn’t want him to write, not when she knew he didn’t like to. It would be a pain and a bore for him.
Someone keeps sending Namra love letters, and it’s not Suhyeok.

I would like to start this off with saying THANK YOU!!! Thank you so much for pretty much singlehandily keeping the Choi Nam Ra/Lee Su Hyeok fandom alive. I adore all of your fics for this couple and read them multiple times and always keeping a lookout for more. You are amazing!

He kicks another rock that’s in their way. “I feel shitty, still.”
“Why?”
“I don’t know,” he mumbles. “Maybe it’s because I’m your boyfriend and I don’t even give you love letters.”
“That wasn’t a love letter. It was just a note given to me by someone who…” Namra’s voice trails off, and she swallows. “Whatever. As I said, Suhyeok, don’t worry.”
Silence simmers between them. He throws a glance at their linked hands. He speaks softly, “I know you like mushy stuff.”
“No,” Namra blurts.
“Yeah, you do.” Suhyeok gives a small chuckle, letting go of her hand to cup the back of her head gently. “You liked the flowers I gave you. I saw that you used it as a bookmark and made it into a floral bracelet. And we watched all those shitty romance movies together, remember? You really liked the latest one we’ve watched,” he sniffs, and mutters under his breath, “And I’ve never watched something so bad in my entire life.”
“Speaking of the floral bracelet, do you still have yours?”
His eyes widen, “Um.”
“Um,” Namra mimics, and rolls her eyes jokingly. “I knew it.”
Suhyeok huffs, his shoulders fidgeting. “You like those kinds of things. You don’t have to lie to me, prez.”
And you don’t, so you don’t have to do those things, Namra thinks as he stares down at the ground as they walk. Not at all.
