So far today is my lowest c@l day since i’ve been back and i feel so good!!
I’m on 242c@l today and my morning skinny has stayed all dayyy
i will eat dinner but hopefully it will still be below 800 in total🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
Update: abt to go to sleep and i finished on 930😁😁

GUYS I HAD SUCH A GOOD DAY FR
i fasted from 8pm last night til 12:30pm today!!!
Then i has some cucumber and almonds
Then i walked to the train station which i didn’t usually do,so that was good
Then i has some low cal rice noodles
Then i went to ballet for 2hrs
i had mango and a nut bar at ballet
Then when i got home i had a mini portion of vegan shepherds pie!!
So yeah my total was 998cals and then subtract like 200 for ballet i guess 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
