The sore feeling in my legs of not being able to walk anymore is so rewarding. The lightheaded feeling i get when i haven’t eaten in days, the headaches i know stem from water filling me instead of food. It’s so validating. The emptiness in my stomach after fasting or purging>
Today’s reasons to keep going:
Do it so you can love yourself again
Do it because you love the feeling
Do it because you miss food, and when you’re skinny you can eat again
Do it because you respect yourself
Do it because you want this
Do it to prove you have self control
