I’m crying in a toilet. Because I am not healthy. I can’t do things. And I think, was I ever good at them in the first place?

Ok so, my food intake is crazy. If I restrict then I start getting really down, and awful. However if I loosen my grip on it even a little bit I overeat so much. I can’t seem to get the balance right, and it’s massively affecting my mental health. Yay.

A train of thought:

Recently- mainly due to new year hype- I’ve been really wanting a relationship. And yet I know that if anyone truly wanted me, they’d actually be trying. I do slightly believe that I also need to put more effort in. However getting past those initial nerves, and nerves in general is just too much. I don’t know what I’m doing, and I don’t know how to find satisfaction in myself. Ugh.
