You know what fucks me up about star wars? That droids have their own language. There's absolutely no fucking need for anyone to program that. They could have just gotten them voice emulators so they can speak basic. It makes no sense to give droids a language that people can't understand. No progammer would have done that. Which implies that droids came up with it on their own, making them a sentient species with history and culture.
#idk if all droids are sentient#but im pretty sure they all have the POTENTIAL to be#given enough time#its sorta implied that memory wipes are to prevent that from happening#which is so sad

It's my strategy to infiltrate the droid fandom from as many angles as possible, and just occasionally I succeed XD. Also I have it on good authority that appreciating robots is the pinnacle of good taste. (My microwave told me so).
