Super low cal meals!!🌼
So I was super surprised to find out not many people know about these but these are super low calorie frozen meals!

They’re by heathly choice and they’re all under 400 calories. Most of them tend to stay under 300 tho! This parmesan chicken is 280 calories total and it was delicious!! I’m usually super picky about the frozen meals I eat with all the preservatives in them but the great thing about these is that they don’t have any preservatives!

My freezer is absolutely full of them and theres tons of different kinds. They even have vegitarian /vegan ones and power bowls for when you work out! And the best part?
They’re only $2.50!!
Yep! Even if you’re a broke college student you can still eat these! They’re way healthier than ramen and they fill you up faster. I typically fast throughout the day and then eat one of these and a little halotop ice cream and I’m full… And I’ve managed to stay under 500 cals!
(I’m not encouraging eating disorders I’m simply sharing things I’ve learned in my experience)

okay so i’m back lol. i didn’t want to post because i was in a cycle of binging and gaining and feeling like the gross person that i am but whatever. i think the last time i posted, i’d hit 149.8 (?) but then i gained like a pound and let me tell you, i didn’t stop there. i was back up to 155. i am disgusting.
today, i weighted in at 150.3 so i guess i’m back on track after that week-long setback. i’m upset because i could have been well into the 140s if i didn’t fuck up but oh well.
i’m going to mexico next week with my uncle (only staying in the hotel room for the view and a change of scenery. not doing anything covid-unsafe). i don’t think i’ll have access to a scale or my normal foods which is nerve wracking but i think if i just keep restricting and body checking, i should be okay.

the fact that i’ve been gaining for absolutely no reason is about to send me into a pit. i’m feeling such an extreme urge to binge but i refuse to let myself do it. if i binge, i’m just going to gain even more so the fact that i’m craving all this food rn is idiotic and i hate myself for it ugh.
i’m not at the point in my journey where i can just fast without doing an extreme binge afterwards. fruits and veggies for the rest of the day. i had a rice cake with a tbsp of cream cheese for breakfast and i regret it.

<60 Cal Banana Bread Muffins

2 small or 170 g bananas, mashed (151 cal)
1 tbsp yogurt* (25 cal for yogurt)
1 tsp vanilla extract (12 cal)
1/4 cup truvia zero cal sweetener** (0 cal)
1/8 tsp salt (0 cal)
1 tsp baking powder (2 cal)
1 large egg (72 cal)
4 tbsp almond milk (15 cal)
3/4 cup or 100g oat flour*** (400 cal)
1/2 tsp nutmeg (5 cal)
1/2 tsp cloves (3 cal)

Total cal: 685 cal
Per muffin, when making 12: 57 cal

Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray one 12 compartment muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or line with coconut oil
[***step 1.5: make oat flour from 100 g of instant oats by pulverizing in blender until fine powder is made, approx. 3-5 min]
2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add all ingredients except oat flour, baking powder, and spices. Gently mix by hand until combined well and mixture is smooth. Add flour, baking powder, and spices. Stir until combined.
3. Divide batter into muffin tin. Bake for 20 min at 350° F or for 5 min at 375° F, then 15 min at 350° or golden brown. [the high to low temperature is supposed to activate the baking powder better, resulting in a more fluffy and better-risen muffin]
4. Let cool for ~5 min. Turn out and enjoy!

*i used yogurt simply because I didn’t have applesauce, with applesauce, it’d be 15 cals so ten cals less overall
**basically, we want the sweetness of 1/2 cup of white sugar so use what you like but I personally like truvia

Just to make math easier and to be safe, I personally count these at 60 cals, but the cals will vary somewhat depending on your ingredients at home.

i don’t know what i’m doing wrong. after that day where i weighed in at 149.8, i have yet to be in the 140s again. i’m gaining. but i’ve also been restricting the most i’ve ever been since i started all of this so i’m so confused.
i haven’t been able to work out because on the day of my date, i dropped a glass on my foot and it cut my toe pretty badly to the point where i needed stitches. maybe that’s the issue?
either way, i need my toe to heal so i can start exercising again but i’m going to try and do some things that don’t require me to be on my feet in the meantime. also thinking about a lax? maybe if if flush my system out, i’ll see some progress.

update: my date went very well ;) i ended up sleeping over at her place but i made sure not to eat so i could weigh in when i got home. i’m 149.8. once again, i feel like this is a bit too good to be true and i’m not sure that i trust it. my new gw is 140
i know today is going to be hard. i’ve already eaten 360 cals and it’s hard keeping myself occupied to try and not focus on my hunger

okay so it’s the day of my date and i just weighted in. my goal was to be 150 even but i’m 151.2. pretty gross because i didn’t make my goal but i am okay. i set out to reach this goal 7 days ago when i was 155.2 so i have lost 4 lbs in this time and i can take that, but of course i wish it was more.
i’m pretty nervous ;))) she’s driving me to her hometown, showing me around, taking me to an antique store, and then out to lunch/dinner depending on the time. i really hope it all goes well.

bruh i woke up still the exact same 152.2 i’m on the floorrrr. not eating today but i bought some chocolates and pickles (lmao she’s obsessed with pickles) for my date tomorrow. i’m nervous and i don’t know what to wear because everything makes me look fat because i just am ;))

152.2 today. i really can’t believe i’ve lost 10 pounds now because i look the exact same. fat. clothes still fitting the same, no comments from my family about my weight loss. 10 pounds literally feels like nothing and it took me like a month to get here.
i have to go harder. i need to lose these last 2 pounds by friday for my date so i’m working out and restricting today and tomorrow heavily. why am i so gross

woke up and weighted in. i am 153.6 though yesterday, i was 155.6 so i’m feeling like this is a bit too good to be true? idk i’m feeling like i don’t trust myself right now. if i’m really 153.6, then i’m almost 10 pounds down from my start. maybe i’ll update my bio to 155 just until i’m for sure
i thought my goal of getting to 150 by friday for my date was unattainable but now i’m super motivated. no binging. no binging. no binging.
