Yayyyyyyyyyyy lost my first 5 pounds this week.
Even though I’m eating 1100 calories a day, I feel like the no carb (no bread, pasta) rule is making me lose weight faster!
I’ve been tracking my weight loss on a spreadsheet that predicts your weight loss and goal date, and its so motivating (especially when it feels impossible to lose 50 pounds in my case)

Literally going back on wellbutrin to lose weight again and to stop over eating. I honestly hate ssri’s so much….they all make me gain so much weight.
