I spent years wholeheartedly believing these four words.

This phrase consumed my thoughts to the point where I never thought I would be good enough until I could stop eating for good.

And I know I am not the only one.

If you have ever felt this way - or you feel that way now - just take a moment to remind yourself of two things:

1. PRETTY GIRLS DO EAT.

2. BEING PRETTY IS NOT THE ONLY VALUE YOU HAVE AS A WOMAN

Im not the first person to point these things out. And I sure as hell hope I am not the last. But I hope one day when you google “pretty girls eat” that you see something different.

Because… pretty girls fucking eat!!

Fuck “pretty girls don’t eat” Because we do. And we should remind each other of that until every lost girl who has had the misfortune of believing such a terrible lie can be shown the truth:

Things that need to be left in 2015

3rd wave Feminism - Seriously that shit needs to go.

Otherkin- Sad and pathetic but very very funny.

Trigger warnings and safe spaces - You’re an adult , act like it you will not be coddled.

Male tears and making fun of men for having emotions - Do I really need to explain?

Endorsing obesity and a unhealthy life style. - I’m talking to you pro fat community.

Being PC- learn to take a joke not everything is offensive.

Doxxing- MY private info is MY private info not the worlds. Grow up.

Bullying artist to the point of attempted suicide - Seriously what makes you think it’s okay to do this to someone?

Shoplifting community - You’re not stealing for survival, there for you shouldn’t be stealing.

SJW’s - Once again must I explain.

Self diagnosing - If your not a health care professional then don’t make medical diagnoses.

Getting By Without Friends

1. See it as something that is temporary. Even though it hurts now, it doesn’t mean it’s permanent. You’ll find other people who will treat you well – so be gentle on yourself and recognise that it will pass. 2. Learn to enjoy your own company. See it as a time to reflect on your life, and really think through what you want for yourself. Also, find different interests you can do on your own – and maybe try something different you’ve never tried before. 3. Spend time looking after animal. Pets are accepting, reliable and loyal. They’ll never hurt your feelings – and are good company. 4. Treat other people you meet really well (talk to people at the checkout, or smile at those you meet). That will likely result in a warm, friendly response – and will remind you that others still appreciate you. 5. Hang out with those who like the same things as you. If you’ve taken up a hobby or you like watching sport, speak to people you meet at these events. Even though you don’t know them, they are still good company. 6. Don’t let this bad experience hold you back. Keep reaching out to others, have the courage to take risks and eventually you’ll find someone who will be a loyal friend – someone that you like and who will treat you well.

Angels and Demons AU where Leo is a minor demon who despises collecting souls, unless it is after a war. He finds nothing good about the toll the humans deal with, having so many deaths in one spot. However, it is times like this where he is able to see N the most. The leader of the angels, the infamous angel of death, languidly passes by each body, dragging their souls out with an easy flick of two fingers. Leo is allowed to get in close proximity of the ethereal being if the soul is corrupted, an object the other angels could not touch. He tries to not too much of a bother, shrinking himself by hiding his broad shoulders so N may pass to continue on to collect the rest of the souls. There are some that aren’t willing to leave their physical bodies. giving Leo another chance to be beside the angel of death for much longer. He pouts when he compares his smaller, sharp wings to N’s wide, soft ones. They are stained black, the only angel working so close between the boundary of good and evil. The other demons call him a soft devil, but Leo notices the small glint of white in N’s feathers as he collects the souls of the most pure nature. There is one soul that Leo is nervous to take, one so intimidating and angry that it makes him back up. He doesn’t realize what he is doing until someone puts a hand on his shoulder. Leo is shocked to find that N is looking straight at him, smiling so gently at him, an impure being that most angels put in effort to avoid. “Remember your duty. We angels don’t like to admit it, but your job is just as important as ours.” It’s another moment before N walks away, leaving Leo to watch as those brilliant wings expand to fly above the clouds, to a world he could never hope to enter.
