I think that every hermit has very strong muscles. All of them are builders one way or another, and I personally think that it takes a lot of muscular power
Of course they all look very different: some have bigger muscles, some have smaller. Some have more defined muscles, some are more lean and have hidden muscles, and some have muscles hidden under the layer of fat. But despite looking very different all of them are hella strong
Also I think that hermits can carry each other no matter who's carrying and who is being carried
