i am so. not normal. about skizz saying that he didn't feel nervous before the Gamers Outreach charity event 2024 was starting. because he felt at home. like he said he still feels nervous in his day job even after 18 years of working there! But doing the charity event? he felt like he was home. like he was where he should be.

every morning I think "let's skip my meds today so I can save them for an emergency" and after I'm awake for 5 minutes I feel like I got hit by a truck and everything hurts to bad that it is an emergency. all my pain is emergency level that's why i can't make a 2 week prescription last a month. it's why I'm fuckin prescribed them in the first place. this level of body pain is only normal for someone who ran a marathon while having the flu. and also someone is beating you up while you're running

#i can't even fully get rid of my pain because it's a lower dose #i have to OD on tylenol in order to get enough hyrocodone and for the first time i just said fuck it #and took more than i was supposed to anyway bc god damn i want a NO PAIN DAY not a dull-pain day for once #that's 1300 mg acetaminophen ehhh that is not safe at all okay actually yeah that was impulsive i shouldn't have done that #i wish my doctor would take me seriously about how scared i am of all this tylenol on my stomach #.bdo

Every year, I tell myself that I should really consider taking off work for Father Brown premiere day, and then it comes around and I forget to do it, and I spend all day thinking about how I would so much rather be sitting cozy under a million blankets and going back to Kembleford than being forced to do boring work things.

#father brown #honestly i miss the old release schedule model #i loved having just a nice little ep to look forward to every day for two (and sometimes three) full work weeks #now they just put them on iplayer all at once but only air one a week #so its the worst of both worlds #i either watch them all at once b/c i have no impulse control #but do so with the understanding that the fandom may be pacing themselves w/ one a week instead #OR #i force myself to slow down but am grumpy about it #b/c for years the bbc would give me the perfectly prescribed little dose of serotonin in early-jan just when i needed it #the old system was great; why did they change it #an ep a day for 2-3 weeks was just the best way to pace it #i know there's a former higher up at the beeb that just hates the show #b/c it's much more expensive to produce than the average daytime show --even it more than makes up for production costs #by being the single most exported show from the channel to foreign markets (yup even more than doctor who)#so i can't help but wonder if the new release model is an attempt to kill the show by some other bitter exec #well jokes on them cause it didn't work last year and i pray that it won't work this year as well #am a bit worried about the sister boniface spinoff's future ngl #i think i did hear that it was getting an s3 and i think britbox funding it rather than the been directly does help it #but still a bit worried

i think if i straight up took meth it would help me with my tasks

#did u know they prescribe meth (desoxyn) for severe adhd. it’s rarely used but it’s an option #kinda a last resort imo. but still. ithink it’s fascinating how #you take hyperactivity and give them hyperactive powder and it makes them calm #but you give a normal person huperactive powder and they lose their mind and start looking sunken in #anyone has the capability to abuse these substances. but it’s so fascinating to me how small doses work wonders AGAINST the dysfunction #i love chemistry sm #im on amphetamines rn (newly) to be treated and it’s #so so so so so life changing. like. the ritalin-based doesnt process for me anymore #i feel like myself again #my mood is better my patience is back im softer im happier im less irritated by small things #and im not as impulsive. my problem is spending money impulsively. idk why i cant stop myself
