Vale
⚠️SPOILERS⚠️
So in the RWBY V9 Epilogue it was mentioned that after Salem finished with Atlas, she went to Vale and now Vale is gone.
So does that mean she found the relic?
Ozpin hid the relic in a place that was different than the other three vaults
And she obviously had the Fall Maiden (Cinder) to do it
And Glynda didn’t make it to Vacuo so is she dead? The wiki still says she active so idk what’s going on with her other than what Port said.
But that’s the only thing I gathered from the Epilogue that needed to be discussed here

I have a feeling that Alastor and Lilith crossed paths at some point
Lilith went missing 7 years ago
Alastor returns 7 years later
Did one of them make a deal with the other? If so then who made a deal with who?

⚠️SPOILERS⚠️
This also makes tons of sense
We don’t see Lilith’s eyes at all. But they’re glowing red. So maybe she’s like Alister and has had people sell souls to her.

To Further Prove my point
⚠️SPOILERS⚠️
You can see here that when Lute was talking to Lilith asking her to go down to Hell and stop Charlie, Lilith slumps further into her chair, and her facial expression is more of an angry one
Yes Lilith could be the villain but would she actually sacrifice Charlie’s well-being? Who knows but we all know that Lilith refused to listen to Adam so will she listen to Lute instead?

Lilith’s Role
⚠️SPOILERS⚠️
So in the final episode of Hazbin Hotel, we see Lilith relaxing on the beach in Heaven and Lute interrupts her peace and quiet.
Lute reports that Adam is dead and that their deal was off and that she was in charge. Lute orders Lilith to go to Hell and stop Charlie from whatever she is planning.
Here’s what I think
Lilith disappeared from Hell years ago. While banished to Hell she thrived while her husband sat in his own misery. Lilith redeemed herself to the point that she was allowed back into Heaven, but at a price. She had to let Adam exterminate the people of Hell so that they could never rise against Heaven.
But little does the rest of Heaven know that Sir Pentious was redeemed and respawned in Heaven after dying in Hell. So I think that when Lute finds that out, she’s gonna question Lilith and she’ll be banned from Heaven

ATLA Live Action Episodes 7 and 8
⚠️SPOILERS⚠️
So the final two episodes were absolutely amazing. I feel like the plot is more linked to the cartoon here than any other episode. I even like the added details with Azula and Ozai because she wasn’t introduced until book 2 in the cartoon.
Yue’s design is really cool. I’ve seen people say that her design in the movie that doesn’t exist was better than the show but I have to disagree. In the live action adaptation she is a strong independent woman who makes her own choices. She is helpful and puts others before herself. kitchen. She was not betrothed to Hahn and if she was she broke it off.
The values of the Northern Water Tribe remain the same. Women can’t fight. Katara didn’t want to put up with that so she fought like in the cartoon, except Master Pakku did not make any connections with Katara’s necklace which I wish he had.
Sokka helps the fighters train like the cartoon but ends up spending more time with Yue than in the cartoon. Their relationship was well portrayed.
Aang being traumatized and slightly depressed is what makes this show more mature. (e.g: I don’t matter)
Zhao’s arc is the same. He kills the moon spirit. What’s different with this whole arc is that Zuko did not take Aang and try to capture him and Iroh did not stay with the Gaang while Aang fought the Fire Nation ships (the ladder I was quite sad about)
But Zhao was the one who told Zuko that Ozai did not care about Zuko which was really sad. I don’t recall what happened in the cartoon with that whole thing but this continues to build Zuko’s relationship with Iroh who he sees as his dad more than his actual father. (“I think Lu Ten would have been proud that you were his father”)
And yes Azula conquers Omashu and captures Bumi and Sozin’s comet is revealed to be coming back.
My favorite moment is when Pakku sending Waterbenders in training to Katara and they call her Master. And she’s like “I’m not a master” and stuff like that.
I give these two episodes a 10/10. That’s all for the recaps y’all and now we look forward to season 2

“Somebody direct me to an occurrence in the Avatar world when a blush after a compliment/kiss-on-cheek/etc. didn’t indicate some sort of attraction or mark the beginning of a canon ship, and then I will stop freaking out about this” (x)

ATLA Live Action Episodes 5 and 6 Review/Analysis
⚠️SPOILERS⚠️
These two episodes were really really good. I’ll start off by saying that.
The events of the spirit world I actually forgot that happened in the cartoon so watching the live action version I had nothing to compare it to.
Koh is a lot scarier in the live action version than in the cartoon. The Fog of Lost Souls itself was a lot scarier.
So Katara and Sokka get captured, Aang visits Roku and takes the relic back. On his way back to the town he left his friends in, he was captured by Zuko and Iroh. But commander Zhao (I still hate him) had to go and ruin it for them.
Aang and Zuko have their conversation like in the cartoon. The Agni Kai scene was different. There were less people and it did not take place in a stadium. They kept Iroh and Azula’s reactions though. The two of them talk and get along which is nice. You can see that in the live action that Zuko is definitely a much nicer person. Maybe he’ll get his redemption sooner.
Bonus
I love Zuko and Iroh’s relationship and how it’s portrayed. Iroh is more like a father to Zuko than Ozai ever was. Here’s an example
After Zuko’s Agni Kai, Iroh was talking in good spirit that Zuko will make a good recovery. Ozai comes into the room. Iroh tries to tell him to leave but he refused
“He’ll recover”
“But he won’t heal”
Ozai tells Zuko EXACTLY what Iroh said. But he also adds “You held back/you were weak, etc”
That’s not how a father should act.
(And we’re not even gonna get started on Azula and how she WATCHED her father burn Zuko’s eye.)
Iroh tells Lieutenant Jee the story about how Zuko’s crew was chosen. Because of that, he was praised and honored once he got back onto the ship.
Episodes 5 and 6 I give a 9/10

ATLA Live Action Episodes 3 and 4 Review/Analysis
⚠️SPOILERS⚠️
Okay I’m giving these two episodes an 8/10.
So much was going on. I feel like episodes from Book 2 were combined into this episode too (the whole thing with Sai)
I don’t like Bumi as much in the live action version. He teaches Aang the same lesson, but he’s a bit more sinister with it.
I like how the trio went into their own adventures, and Katara continued to get stronger at waterbending
I think the waterbending CGI could be better though.
I also liked how they included what happened at the Fire Nation capital when Lu Ten died and what Zuko did for Iroh. Already foreshadowing his redemption.
I don’t know what to say about Azula though. She has such a baby face and she’s supposed to be the villain??? Also I like Mai and Ty Lee designs. Ty Lee is not as energetic though
But anyway that’s it.
