Cyrano de Bergerac by Edmond Rostand - Drama on BBC Radio 3 (2008)

Set in 17th century France, Rostand's play features the eponymous poet-swordsman with a misshapen nose who falls in love with the beautiful Roxane. She loves the dashing Gascon soldier Christian de Neuvillette and Cyrano finds himself writing love poems on his behalf.
