y’all remember when I tried to make up my own flower?
Some love me not info!
Love me nots are poisonous and genus to the nightshade family! They grow and bloom in dark places and are considered nocturnal, as such they’re pollinated by moths!
It’s illegal to use or own love me nots but that doesn’t stop people! They used primarily in poisons but also “accidentally” used in normal potions (usually love potions) Love me nots naturally have an affect on one’s feelings of affection and infatuation and are used in love potions for this reason despite how fatal they can be!
Love me nots symbolize unrequited love (and maybe also heartache)! They’re named not only after their appearance but also the game in which someone plucks the petals from a flower while repeating "they love me" "they love me not" for each petal they've plucked
