AS AN ADDITION TO MY PREVIOUS POST I wish they'd kept in Ben's dialogue about the raiders and his previous experience with them. I think that would do loads for people's perspective on him.

Ok I've harpes on Faith's writing a bit but. God dude they just threw WHATEVER at the wall for Henbane in general. The Bliss is so much nonsense. Cool nonsense, but it feels so violently out of place after fighting John who is exclusively physically violent with his own damn hands and Jacob who at least uses the excuse of classical conditioning and psychological torture. I don't blame people for the Rachel Jessop/Faith foul up. Quite literally one of the easiest to follow writing rules is don't make characters share names. A throwaway sharing a name with a major character who has so much mystery flying around her was frankly stupid.

I've thought about this alot actually, so excuse me if I rant.

If I was writing Faith as a proper Seed I'd personally put her down as John's twin, just to sorta give myself the leeway of what John remembers Faith remembers and not have to figure out what to do with her having left the Seed home as a toddler. Probably didn't get adopted with John bc I think being a girl she would have been raised differently (tho no less abusively) and it would have made her just a bit too offputting for the Duncans. I'd put her in a similar situation to Joseph where mostly she was simply thrown around the system, too smart for her own good and too rebellious for anyone to keep- maybe spent some time in a house with nuns to give her a (slightly) healthier relationship with religion to contrast with the others- until she found and ran away with Tracy. From there it's essentially the same story we get in canon I think except it's the one Faith the whole time.

Replaying FC5. Faith should have been related to the boys. I find the way she's written flightly and loose in a way that's less on purpose for intrigue and more Ubisoft being unsure of what to do with her and I think making her a proper Seed would have done leaps and bounds to force em to make some concretes about her.
