Second Home Experience
Second home. This is where we meet our second parents, this is where we meet our friends which we co sider as our silblings.Most of a childs time were spent in here. On our second home we don't only learn things on the books but we also learnhow to be with other people, how to be responsible, and repectful. We learn a lot of things from our school, with our teachers and classmates.
Grade 11. Being a grade 11 student, I can tell that I have been on different schools. l, well it's not that many, but ilI think more than one is many. On my Elementray days, I went at Tagumpay Elementary School, it is near to house that's why my mother enrolled me there.My Second School is Tagumpay Nationa High School, it is beside T.E.S. butit has divisions and different principals.
Currently I'm studying at New Era University taking Humanities and Social Sciences. It is far from our home so my parents decided to move here in Quezon City. I've chosen New Era University as my school because it is near to the Administration.I am an INC member so it is a privilege for me to study here. I think that this school will teach me well.
Onlu one month left and my first year here in New Era will end. As what I've noticed throughout the time that I'm here are; every teacher, we are praying and in that way, I can feel that The Father is always guiding us.
What I also love in New Era is the activities of the school clubs, it refreshes our mindfrom studying and brings entertainment on the students like me.I've also noticed that I am excelling in my academics, I think it is because I am praying to God before and after my exams, I can feel that he's really with me in my studies.
On my first day here,I only knew two people, they are my ex-neigbhors in Tagumpay, so they are the only people I'm talking to. until our Professor grouped us and my seatmates eventually became my friends. They are the one I am with during our "panata". We are a cheerful group and that's what I love about them.
My experience here is good bit I can tell that it's not like that. We are also experiencing hardships on studying but it's part of studying. I'm used to it, I am studying for more than eleven years that's why. I am hoping for more memorable happenings with my friends here. I still have one more in here though.

Daily Routine:
My daily life goes life this; getting uo early in the morning, walking to school, entering the classroom, sometimes early most of the time late.
Everyday in my life is so similar. I think the only difference that I've experience is the changing of subjects.
At school. We always do school stuffs and be with my friends all the time. I don't have a diary but I guess my gallery can be one. The pictures we've taken the whole day and the other day are the ones that reminds of what happened in my life. I am forgetful that's why my phone is my diary.
You can see from above the picture taken with flower the Central Ave. We're always walking that's why.
Also, one of my hobbies is taking a picture of classmate, sleeping, listening and etc.

Ham&Cheese stick
My favorite food right now is this little cheese stick here. Actually, it is our product from our subject Entrepreneurship.
This past few weeks, our product in Entrep is a hit. Not only to the other students but also to us. We always sold our products faster than the others because we, the members, are also buying.
I think this product is a hit because you can eat it alone or with rice and make it your "ulam".
It's just pricey but it's alright. Our product is good and even us, the makers, can't resist it.

Trip! Field Trip!
First trip with my classmates! Well, the venue we're not that exciting because some of us have been there already but what makes are field trip exciting is the "kulitan" of my classmates.
We've been on a car museum, art museum, mall, and the amusement park. What I've really enjoy in this trip is the Art museum, taking pictures is my hobby, it boosts my confidence, but if there are other people watching me while taking a picture, I'm kinda shy and what I do is just take pictures of my friends instead of myself. I've also enjoyed the amusement park because we rode the extreme rides there. And it's really awesooome. It makes me feel not to ride that thing again but the excitement is just over flowing.
Over all we've enjoyed our trip because of the company given by each one of us. We still have one year left to enjoy and make more memories.

Purrfeccct!
Stress Reliever. That's what my cats mean to me. They make me feel comfortable after a long tiring day. What I really love about them is their laziness because I'm also like that... sometimes.
I actually don't have them right now. That's why lately I felt so lonely. I'm always alone in our house, they used to be with me but when we moved home, we gave them to my mom's friend because they can't be with us anymore. I really miss their fluffy fur and them ignoring me when I make "lambing" to them. I miss them climbing up on my back and then sleep.

"Tapat ko Linis ko." This phrase is almost everywhere asound the subdivisions and baranggays. It says that the area in front of your house is your area of responsibility to clean, officials promote this for us to have a clean sorrounding wil not only make the place pleasing but also it will prevent us from possible disease.
We all wanted to have a clean surrounding for our family, but the power is all in our hands. We are the only ones who can change our place for the better.
I,as part of the community, also want our place to be at its very best. in Mafran, Brgy. Old Balara Quezon City, which is where I Iive, we have a proper waste disposal where there are only scheduled days the garbage truck will come and during those days we are allowed to throw the garbages, I am also living near the Covered Court, the court is used mosty for playing basket ball, but our court is not all about that.
At night the mothers would gather at the court to do their zumba routine. Sometimes the court is used for medical reasons and other activities. The court also have its speaker were the officials inform us about somethings.
I am not that familiar in this place since I've just moved here a few months ago but as
what I've noticed this community is active and it's a good thing, the disicipline of the people is a must have for a better community.

TRAVEL. One of the #GOALS, everyone wanted to achieve. Working hard and saving for a year or more just to have a month or maybe a week of relaxation refresing your mind and fixing yourself is really worth it.A short break from a stressful life is what all of us wants.
I can't really remember my last vacation because of two things; we don't have time or we don't have money, its usually the second one. But last year the unplanned vacation finally happened. My family and relatives have talked about the vacation but we're surprised when my aunt already got us our plane tickets going to Mindanao,but its already there might as well grab the chance to enjoy the vacay.
I've been there for one month and a week, and all that I can say is, I LOVE TRAVELING! I've been in different barrios and baranggay in North Cotabato.I've been on GenSan and also on Mt. Apo. Swimming on the hotspring is the best there and the mud face mask was also cool.
Reminiscing my first ever travel makes me so happy.All the memories I've made in there with my cousins my grandparents and also my relatives are all precious to me. I can say that this is the most unforgettable journey and I'll make sure this will not be the last.

Henry Tan Chi Sieng Sy Sr. or Henry Sy is the outcome of that qoutation. The founder of SM Malls and one of the richest business man in the Philippines.
Henry was only twelve years old when he came in the Philippines. Helping his father on its Sari-sari Store business, trained his skills in this industry. He improved and handled his skills in selling until he established his own business which is the Shoe Mart, now you must probably know the meaning if SM right? After some highs and lows in this business, Henry eventually became successful.
Last January 19.2019. Henry Sy died in his sleep at the age of 94.
Challenges in life are there for us to use it as a tool to become strong not a tool used to break ourselves. Its all in our hands whether how we're gonna use it.

Kind.Strict.Thoughtful.These words can describe any person we know, but for me, these words describe one of my second mothers. These words describe my teacher who taught me very well.
The school is the second home of every students and so the teachers are the second parents. They've got that title not because half of our day were spent at school but because of their parent-like characteristic that they've shown to us.
One of the teachers that has the parent-like characteristic for me is Ms. Mel Janine Mapa. She's my Filipino teacher when I was in 7th Grade and also my first adviser in Junior High. She's kind to us at first, she's calm and she let us do every activity in our own creative way.
We are a homorous section, we always end up our tasks laughable and some of the teachers don't appreciate that because they think we're not serious. But Ma'am Janine is different, we make her laugh but when the activity is done, she'll comment the things she noticed that made our activity related to the topic.
Ma'am Janine was not always kind, because
sometimes we didn't notice that we're too loud
that's the time when she becomes strict to us. She always told us to control ourselves and be mindful of our actions.
Thoughtful. Even after the school year that she handled us ended,she's always there for us when we
need her. Ma'am Janine never forgets us and always remind us the teachings she have shared with us.
Being a teacher is hard. But for Ma'am Janine, I never saw her being tired, she must've really liked teaching and sharing knowledge to the children, I'll always remember her for being the best teacher for all of her students.

This song is for those who chose to be fearless and continue to fight. This song is my song for the greatest decision, I've made in my life.
Growing up with my family on my side. I've considered myself as one of the luckiest person in the world, because not every child
have this privilege to be raised by both of their parents. I have that complete kind of a family but not until I'm on my 8th Grade. When my dad happen to have an issue to a girl other than my mom. That's the start when things started to get out of hand. The complete family figure I have,got broken into pieces.We know its not easy to bring back what's broken, it's even impossible.
God, my relatives, and my friends never turned their back on me while I'm on that phase of my life. I still consider myself lucky
because thats the only problem I have, unlike the other people out there who's suffering more than I am.
After experiencing all of that, I've started to study hard. I want the people to see that their stares are not going to bring me down. By doing good at studying I want the them to see that I can still do well. All of my hardships were paid when I've started to go up on the stage and get my awards. l let the people who says many things about me, to see a girl that's fully determined to achieve her dreams no matter what circumstances may come to her life.
I guess, my decision to turn the negative words the other people thrown at me, as my inspiration and be positive to prove them wrong, is the greatest decision I've made so far.
