I’m just going to say that there is absolutely no reason that the dragon turtle, who is not just chasing after the might nein, hungry for treasure and vengeance, but also has fire resistance and proficiency in wisdom saving throws, shouldn’t fight Vakoto, a large, treasure-hoarding fire kraken-diety-thing that targets creatures minds, who just so happens to live in a large body of water. Just saying.

Personally, I am thinking of a Gold dragon. Gold Dragons eat gems and live isolated from civilization in very hot locations and are amphibious, hence the active volcano on an island. Plus the amount of mist surrounding the island and the creepy being watched feeling sound EXTREMELY similar to the lair effects of a gold dragon.
