Seeing people saying nah fuck them Inhumans bc they're simply not as popular as mutants makes my heart ache. 'thE ShoW iS aSs', ok, so? Does that mean these Jack Kirby's creations deserve to be down there in the fucking mariana trench? It was perlmutter's fault for trying to make them mutants replacement and the Inhumans took the blame for it.
The Inhumans literally had been there with the fantastic four since the silver age of comic books. Crystal is one of, if not the most prominent love interest of Johnny Storm. If you don't want them in the fucking mcu at least leave their comic counterpart damn well alone.
God, it's so hard to love things that majorities don't these days without getting the fall.
I swear i'm minutes away from pulling a James Gunn anytime now.

I'm still speechless. The amount of disrespect, this whole turning her into a mutant thing is just....
This is such a devastating blow to me, how the fuck did they manage to always find a way to shit on the Inhumans 24/7, whether on screen or in the comics.
You know, i will always defend marvel for mistakes they made. But i can't on this one. Look at what you did, this is a slap on the face, I'm literally destroyed right now.
I love you, Iman, i love your show too. You're a wonderful human being who deserve all the love, and congrats on co-writing this series, i'm so happy for you.
But unfortunately this is something i can only celebrate with tears.

Maybe i'm delusional, but you have no idea how much this brings hope to me.
I love The Inhumans in the comics so much and imagine my disappointment when mcu decided to make them a replacement for the mutants. And now they have the rights to x-men, it seems like they're overlooking Inhumans' potential (again).
No more disrespecting Inhumans. Feige, I'm begging you, please make this happen, Inhumans deserve their story to be told.

Sooooo the critics says secret invasion is humorless therefore it's bad? Aren't y'all the same ppl who been clowning mcu for having too much humor in it? Also it seems that most critics complains the lack of humor instead of the plot (they have only seen 2 episodes so far, so there's still hope).
Remind you, don't come into conclusion about a movie/show based on critics bc they're not always valid these days, go see it for yourself then say what you have to say about it. Ofc humor and tone are very subjective, not everyone has the same taste, so it'll be very hard to get it right.
But again idk man i'll see the show myself then i'll form my own opinion. I personally think this is what marvel needed recently, a dark, more serious tone just like the Captain America trilogy.

All these ppl who used to glorify Marvel 4 years ago and now talks shit about them 24/7 makes me realize i love Marvel genuinely bc the stories inspires me even through their flaws which are minuscule compared to the good stuff they been serving, and not bc the amount of money they make.
But hey they did us a favor, now we now which ones are true fans and locals who tried to blend in with us during the hype

Just seen gotg vol3 for the third time and here are some of my thoughts, these are just my opinions, so pls disagree politely if u have different opinion on this matter.
Spoiler alert, dunno if it's necessary now that everybody seemingly has seen the movie....
- It was great overall, like everybody been saying, although i think Adam could do a lot more in the story. Literally just watched the damn movie to thirst for the golden god.
-My main complain is that the lack of screentime he got, and i know, this movie is supposed to be a final goodbye to the og guardians and therefore should be focusing on their story. BUT, golden boi could have been more useful when they were trying to defeat the high evo, also this is a character everybody's been waiting for for ages and has been teased for YEARS for god's sake.🤦🏽♀️
- For example, Adam could've lost his sh*t when Ayesha died and put the blame on high evo, and now that he has the same goal as the guardians; to kill the bastard in purple, he joined the team. And i know, he's pretty much a baby at this point therefore he can't understand much emotions, but i mean come on, Ayesha was his mother figure, her loss had to affect him to a certain degree.
-next, since this is Rocket's story, i wished groot could have more significant role in his background/origin story, and/or the main story. He's his closest pal in the og team after all. Although it also makes sense if groot only have a small role in Rocket's arc bc this is not the groot from the first movie.
- Marvel, my man, what are you doing with making another queer character a literal kid? I understand when it comes to Tommy, Billy, & America bc young Avengers project is nowhere in sight at the moment, therefore their character can grow to young adult once their role is gonna be significant.
- But Why is Phyla not a grown a$$ woman she is supposed to be?😔 (She is also probably has no connection to Mar-Vell or Kree & Titan in general, considering Mar-Vell has been ruined in captain marvel, therefore i will silently cry to sleep knowing another potential has been lost in the mcu).
- Speaking of Phyla, i think it would've been better if instead of Phyla, they introduced Heather/moondragon first? like, wouldn't it made more sense if they had to have bunch of kids from the ship, one Drax ended up bonded with (let's pretend it's bc she reminds him of his deceased daughter), is a young Heather? She's also Drax's daughter in the comic. I think it would also made Drax so much more than just a 'comic relief'.
I'm gonna piss everyone off with my personal rating, but this movie is a 8.5/10 for me, taking one point mostly for how they did Adam dirty and for not giving him his 70s hair and making him wear that ugly ass armor. But Rocket's story is such a tearjerker, and Nebula's arc is beyond perfect, so millions of thumbs up to this film.

Since Galactus will appear in mcu and we have a Silver Surfer project coming up, which Hopefully will be a movie or a special presentation, i'm hoping Mantis will show up in that solo project.
I want Mantis to have her full potential shown like in the comics and she crosses path with surfer somehow.
Shalla-Bal or Frankie Raye would be cool too but if Mantis is returning i hope she will return as Norrin's love interest.

I learned it kinda in the hard way that going on the internet everyday is not healthy.
I don't understand why people can't just accept the fact that some other people have unpopular opinion on things and they don't need to shove their thoughts up other people's throat every damn time, it's not like they said you're wrong and they're right.
People's words can hurt deeply than it might seems and impact your mental health severely.
Sometimes i felt like sh*t and i just want to cry myself to de@th, i don't really have anyone to talk to about this, my parents won't understand the struggles i'm having (literally, i only talk to them about this on a certain level bc they simply never experienced this).
I don't know what went wrong in the last couple of years since i use internet more often than before, i feel like my life isn't the same anymore...
To anyone out there, please consider if your words might hurt others before saying them out loud, there's no need to harbor hate in your heart, it will do you or anyone no good. Be kinder to others and youself ❤
Idk if this is rellevant or not, but i think tumblr is a nice place to talk abt mental health compare to other platforms bc i feel like ppl here are more accepting to those who are 'different'.

Does anyone else thinks the whole 'dc vs marvel' thing is dumb? Honestly i don't see the point why you need to pit one against another. It's ok to prefer one more than the other but when you start to trash ppl who have a different preference that's when it become a problem.
I've read both comics, and they each gave off different vibes, is it just me or does anyone else feels the same? I personally love marvel comics(more than mcu, yes, they robbed us of many great stories), bc it's more light-hearted and suit my preference when it comes to storytelling, some ppl prefer that too. But i think dc has so many great stories told in a more dark/gritty tone, and i know many ppl out there love a more serious approach when it comes to storytelling.
Like, they even did some crossover back in the day(bring it back pls) and honestly, it was a historic moment alright.
Look, what i'm trying to point out is the whole 'dc vs marvel' stuff became a thing mostly bc of toxic fans. I'm just asking ppl to be kinder and respect each other's opinion. And don't even get me started with the 'oh but all dc/marvel fans are so toxic', not all of us are like that ❤.
