on the agenda for april 24 β i'm back after an brief absence! spent the morning revising my old french material before i dive headfirst back into it soon. after classes i'm going to study latin and class civ, get some coding done (web dev today), study as much of one unit (probably also web tech) as i can for my midterms next month, and hit the gym. currently reading mary beard & william faulkner.

on the agenda for april 12 β spent all morning doing latin. i've rather let my computer science work fall to the wayside, so i'm going to work on that a bit today. read some hesiod today, will read some homer (the hymn to demeter, and the odyssey) later. also today i'll be searching for a good french textbook to replace duolingo. in the evening i'll hopefully go out and meet my lover.

iβve been using duolingo (for the last 84 days) as a way to stay consistent with french while my schedule remained packed, but my recent jaunt with latin has reminded me how much i love textbook learning, grammar & translation. iβm thinking iβll abandon duolingo, but then iβll have to find both a good french textbook & enough time to be able to go through it daily on top of an already hectic schedule & latin lessons

on the agenda for april 11 β taking it easy today, after a string of bad days and worse nights. i'm focusing on getting my study schedule back on track, polishing my resume, doing some language work and going on a relaxing walk in the evening, when it's not as hot out. then i'll of course be reading the odyssey in bed. i have to finish it this month, it's just been too long.
