My campus is so empty, it needed some work.
From Académie Le Tour to Britechester.
I obviously changed a few things, especially with Delilah who clearly deserves better.
Roxie Sharpe, Jonah Powers, Edwin Sharpe, Delilah O'Feefe, Emily Lee, Tom Freshe, Max Flexor and Mitch Indie. They now live in Drake Halls and I tried to keep the same degrees they had in TS2. Delilah, Emily and Mitch had to get accepted for a distinguished degree though as they're studying fine art, history and drama. I can clearly see Emily and Tom being in the debate team. And yes, I will play "Discover University" with a 8 sims household, I'm not even scared.

SIMS MEME
I was tagged by the tremendously talented and totally terrific @taylors-simblr!! Thank you Taylor! This was a lot of fun to do.
When did you start playing Sims?
18 years ago.
Have you been playing consistently or do you have breaks inbetween?
Continually.
Do your family & friends know that you play The Sims?
Yes, it is a huge part of who I am.
Do you spend more time in build or live mode? Why?
Probaby it's 50/50.
Do you play with supernatural creatures (like Vampires, Werewolves etc.)?
I don't, because I prefer reality based play. What is exciting to me is human behaviour and drama and love affairs and sex and relationships and interactions between people. Generally speaking I don't like fantasy or sci-fi or supernatural stuff because it is too difficult for me to relate to.
Do you have one specific family you play with all the time (like a legacy of some sort) or do you rotate between a couple of households?
These days I only really use my game to tell stories but back when I had a lot more spare time (before children) I used to play Sims 2 on a strictly rotational basis. I also evenly divided my time between my two favourite 'hoods, Veronaville and Académie Le Tour.
Do you like to create your own neighborhoods or do you play with the existing families? Tell us about your progress :)
In Sims 2 I adored Veronaville and all the premades, as I did in Académie Le Tour, but in Sims 3 when I first started playing in Bridgeport the pudding-faced premades horrified and appalled me, and 99% of my population there is now custom Sims. (the majority of them created by people a lot more talented than me). There is still quite a few of the native population remaining in IP, they don't seem to be quite so fugly there, but I think I ran most of them out of town in AP as well. So yeah, in Sims 3 I much prefer to create my own neighbourhoods.
Do you create custom content? If so, what keeps you motivated? (If not, would you like to? What stops you from learning it? For players that don’t use mods, why do you stay away from CC?)
No, have never created anything, mainly due to lack of spare time. If I ever do get any spare time I will always opt to spend it writing.
If there was one piece of CC or (if you play without mods) one piece you wish the developers implemented, what would it be?
I wish my TS3 Sims could park their cars on community lots like in Sims 2..I suppose I should be grateful that is Sims 3 we actually have driveable cars, though...
What other expansion and/or accessoires pack do you wish the developers would have come out with?
The equivalent of Sims 2′s Open for Business for TS3. It was my favourite expansion ever, the perfect blend of the fun and the challenging.

Vita and Nick Alto are still adults because my timeline said so. Holly is the townie coming with Get Famous, I just edited her body and her eyes a little, changed her hair color to match her TS3 version.

Riverblossom Hills, my loves!
So, as usual, my timelime is happening like 5 years before TS2, it means that Linda Martin is still alive, Xander is a toddler, Jules and Jacob are kids and that the Greenmans aren't a thing yet.
The Roth family was made using the Goths as a base (obviously) and that's why Sandra is still a teen.
Everybody lives in Henford except Alexandra O'Mackey who lives in Tartosa and the Roths who live in San Sequoia.
I now have more than 350 sims in this save and I chose to delete some TS4 families that I don't play with :(

NEWCREST - Bridgeview - Oak Alcove (20x15) Lot made by reaganleeds on the gallery ( FixerUpper 3BR Starter)
Melissa and Chris Roomies are about to renew their wedding vows (because I need to finally try “wedding stories” now that it’s fixed). They live in this fixer upper house, I got rid of all the mess and set their family funds to 0 as I always like a little challenge. After a few weeks... one bathroom is 100% done. Don’t worry, they have a bed, enough stuff to cook and improve their skills, but I can’t call it “actual rooms”.
I wanted them to have real hobbies and passions as most of my sims do a little of everything and I dislike that. So Melissa works in the conservationist career (Island living) for now and enjoy gardening and everything related to nature. Later, maybe she’d like to do more and will move on to a political career. Chris chose a law career, she adopted Corkey as a pet and spends a lot of time training him. She also enjoy jogging and joined the yoga club *with Nancy Landgraab cough cough*

I’m obsessed with the Feng couple... It’s like the 3rd time I’m redoing their place.
I had this idea where the first floor would be Victor’s workplace and the second floor the actual appartment. I even created a social group for all my political sims, now they have a cool place to meet up. I decorated the office myself, the only rule was no CC (and that’s why two pictures are missing on the wall, I need them to take more pics haha).
For the appartment, I used a floorplan made by MalinDesigns but deleted everything so I could redecorate myself and this time the rule was the opposite: go full CC !! My Lily really wants to improve her violin skills while my Victor is a wine specialist.

Lovely little house made by RachelPedd that you can find here on the gallery. I just edited one bedroom to make it nice for Angela and Lilith's sleepovers. The Pleasant elders should be happy in this neighbourhood, the view is gorgeous and the air is stimulating. I'm not sure what kind of hobbies they will have, maybe a book club for Diane (nanny) and some fishing with Brad Burb for Jeff (military) who earns a mustache because why not?

4 residential lots (2 are empty for now) and 1 community lot. I used T.O.O.L. to give the illusion that the pond is a dog park. It was so blank!
Bob and Betty Newbie are elders and live in the smallest house with their dog while Chris and Melissa Roomies are about to be my “Growing Together” family, they live in the green house.

Animal Rescue Station by @jenba, (I changed some tiny things and added CC) I loved this lot so much that I wanted to play with a random hottie who loves animals, so, some months ago was (re)created Gussie Bell, from Appaloosa Plains! Technically he lives elsewhere but as this place has two buildings (cute house and a pet clinic), they never leave the lot.
I'll introduce his 6 rescued pets later ;)
