If you guys ever decide to put any Troodontids like Stenonychosaurus into your Zoo, what kind of diet do you plan on giving these animals?
We currently have two Troodontid species in our Cretaceous Mongolia section: Zanabazar junior and Saurornithoides mongoliensis. Both are primarily fed a beef-based diet, supplemented with fruits such as apple, banana, and melon, as well as leafy greens like kale and spinach. Our Saurornithoides pair regularly receive live insects such as crickets and superworms as part of their diet as well. For food enrichment our Zanabazar pair occasionally receive whole chickens and rabbits, and our Saurornithoides receive whole rats and chicks.

I apologize for the not-dinosaur post I am about to write. I feel it was necessary given current happenings on tumblr. Hence I did a rapid catch-up: I realized the content of this blog was becoming, well, not a dinosaur a day. So I apologize in advance.

Hey do you know any dinosaurs that give off "ghost" vibes in the cretaceous period?
Hmmmm I feel Zanabazar junior maybe. That little guy is gonna zip in and out of places in the dark and you'd never see it except for ghostly blurs. Not sure why but I always felt like troodontids had a cryptic vibe
